We always keep some of this fish on hand in our freezer for when we don't have fresh meat but need protein to add to our meal. I only buy this product when it goes on sale as the regular price is quite pricey, but I stock up during sales so we always have some!

The haddock cooks well in a pan, flakes nicely, and has a satisfying, mild flavour that isn't overwhelmed by seasoning. The roasted garlic and herb coating adds a lot without tasting artificial or overly salty.

It's terrific as something quick but a bit more “dinner-worthy” than typical frozen fish. Works well on its own or with simple sides, and feels less processed than many freezer options.

Great tasting Haddock

We are a family of 4 and we really enjoy this fish.  It is a good portion size and you get four pieces. The garlic and herb coating is delicious and has a good texture.  It has just the right amount of garlic flavor without being overwhelming.  The coating is not too thick and you have alot of fish.  It is great with a squirt of lemon juice.  There are multiple methods to cook this including the air fryer, pan frying or baking in the oven.  I prefer using the air fryer but they are all good options.   Nice healthy meal that the whole family enjoys that is easy to make.  Will purchase this again.

Delicious Dinner

I like the convenience of placing a box of High-liner par-seared fillets in the oven.  There's enough for both my spouse and I with no prep and very little clean up after dinner.  They always turn out nice and firm.  I prefer the pan-seared over oily or battered fish fillets.

Hassle free fish dinner

High Liner Pan-Sear Selects Roasted Garlic and Herbs Haddock (500g) is a "go to" meal for those nights when time is short and you need something quick and easy but the meal has to taste good.  I serve this at least twice a month to my family.  Low in calories it is great served with brown rice and a side salad/vegetables and if there are leftovers (very rarely) the filets reheat easily and taste just as good as when first cooked.   These are very lightly breaded and spiced suitable for all tastes.   I like that this is a Canadian product and I have never been disappointed by the quality.

The pan seared roasted garlic & herbs is one of the family favorites, apart from being Canadian made as a bonus, it has 21g of protein, wild caught and no preservatives. I sear it without extra oil, it's very flaky inside with just enough coating, the herbs and garlic give it a very savory taste without being too fishy.

It was on sale so decided to try it. My expectations were low. I had the option to fry or bake it. I decided to bake it. In just 20 minutes it came out so light and flaky with the flavorful crust a little crispy. It was delicious and I ate two pieces. I would definitely purchase this again and try some of the other flavors.

The product is very high quality. I would not pay the retail 13.99 for it but when it is on sale for 7.99 you can not go wrong. Usually the product will go on sale every two or three weeks so always wait for it to go on sale before you purchase. Cooks up very easily on the stove and tastes great.

The Highliner Pan-Sear selects are a quick and easy protein source. I like that the coating is light, much less greasy compared to battered fish products.  The garlic and herb seasoning adds a nice flavor, no need to add any additional seasonings when eating.
