The lemon pepper sole is a flaky fish with a light citrus flavor I love the fact that I can sear it without adding any oil. Canadian made with no artificial preservatives and flavors and wild caught which is healthier. It tastes milder then fresh fish for those that don't like a fishy taste. It's so easy and quick to cook and as healthy as you can get without all the work.

Highliner seafood is a welcome staple our home. From fish, to shrimp, to crab to more, all is sought.  Highliner pan seared lemon sole is bold, Flavourful and never flakes, meaning when cooked, it comes out as   Excellent food by an excellent brand for an excellent meal.

These pre-seasoned fish fillets are perfect to pop in the oven or toaster oven to round out a delicious and nutritious meal. With rice and veggies or a salad. Great any time a year. All flavours are regularly in my freezer to easily grab for a plan ahead or quick meal

Delicious flavourful fish

This high liner pan seared lemon pepper sole was a delicious flavourful fish, very much enjoyed in my house. So easy with the fish already prepared without having the decision of seasonings or preparation.
Will definitely be purchasing this item again.

Lemon Pepper Fish

We have never tried the High Liner Pan-seared filets before. Purchased these as they were on sale to give them a try. There were delicious and easy to prepare. Actually just bought another box of the Lemon Pepper flavour and the haddock pan seared. I'm sure the haddock will be as delicious as the Lemon Pepper.

Fantastic fish

I love this kind of fish as it is a healthy choice and does taste good. I think the pepper part is too much though. I would love it with just the lemon. High Liner used to make a fish dinner with the lemon sole with a breadcrumb top and rice and butter which was the best. Bring that back!

Great healthy Fish!

For busy weeknights, which time is of the essence and we don't want to compromise on healthy options, we turn to this flavour of frozen fish. It is tasty and pairs well with vegetables or salad. It lasts in the freezer so we have flexibility on when to use.

Great to have on hand

I recently tried High Liner Pan Sear Selects Lemon Pepper Sole, and it was a pleasant surprise for a quick weeknight dinner. The fillets cooked up evenly in a pan, developing a nice light crust while staying tender inside. The lemon pepper seasoning is vibrant without being overpowering, adding a fresh, zesty flavour that pairs well with the mild sole. I appreciated that it didn't taste overly salty or artificial. While it's convenient and tasty, I wish the portion size were a little larger. Overall, it's a solid choice for an easy, flavourful seafood meal at home.

Flavourful seafood meal at home

I really love this flavour of fish from high liner. It has a good mix of strong lemon (without over powering) with a hint of pepper (I'm not usually a fan of pepper so that says a lot) the texture is nice and soft and pulls apart nicely. My only gripe is I feel you need to cook longer then the instructions say to give it more texture and for it to not be mushy

Tastes good. Needs more time to cook

I did not care for high liner lemon pepper dole. The fish did not have a good flavor and was a very thin piece. The quality of the product did not reflect the price.
