I bought 2 of these stools.  Assembly was easy and without problems.  Instructions are English only.  The stools look good and seem well made.  If I didn't know better, I would assume they were more expensive.  Seats are firm, but soft.  Very comfortable.  

Decided to buy from Walmart online because of the price and for the option of returning to a local store, if needed.  Pleased with the transaction and the purchase.

We are finishing up a rather large bar in our game room, needing six to eight chairs.  I found one I loved for $249 each, causing me to rethink.  When I saw these, I figured I could change out the brown leather for a fabric similar to the distressed leather of the one I loved.  Once I got them, I liked them well enough to leave alone for now, and I got them for about one third of the cost.

My husband is better at this kind of thing. However, the wood and leather look so quality made. The seat swivels and it's just what I was looking for. I plan on purchasing at least two more to go with this one!

Assemble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hillsdale Furniture Dennery Bar Stool is comfortableto sit it. Putting it together was a bit of a challenge. The instructions were not clear on a couple of pieces. I did have to take a piece off at the beginning because it was the wrong one. After that things went smoothly until I had to screw the seat on. There are no holes drilled out for the wood screw. There is a thin material on the bottom of the seat. The wood is more like a pressboard material so i had to be careful qhen putting the screws in. I ended up using some wood glue to make sure that they would hold. After all of that, the stool has been nice to sit in. Its not to high for a shorter person like myself to use. The seat is firm and doesn't feel like it will break down too qyick from use. The wood is solid exceptfor the seat part. The color is a nice rich dark brown. Overall I'mplease with thisbar stool.
