We have a latex mattress that is too firm for both of us being side sleepers.  I was not sleeping throughout the night many times and had sore hips in the morning.  We both did not want the hassle and expense of finding another so decided to invest in a topper after reading so many ecstatic reviews of mattress revival and comfy sleeps. After researching what's best in a topper this one seemed to deliver all what was important to us and easy to pick up (and return if necessary) at Walmart.   What a difference getting into bed now as we sink into soft comfy oblivion.

A lovely difference

I'm currently sleeping on an air mattress out of necessity. My arms were constantly going numb and back in pain.  This thing made a night and day difference! Bed is so comfortable now, I can sleep peacefully. 
I put it on my bed as soon as I opened it, but really it took about 2 days to fully expand. 
Zero smell. 
Honestly brought my sleep from a 3 up to a 9.

HUGE Difference!

Bought a new king mattress that felt like it would be soft enough for side sleeping, but ended up with excruciating side and back pain.

Bought this out of sheer desperation to end that pain as I was willing to try anything. Not normally a fan of walmart quality, but had no place else to go and couldn't wait. Worked wonders, though. Soft enough to sink into and not get contorted, but firm enough that you can still easily turn over without waking. First night I was still a bit sore, but by the second the pain was gone.

Only down side was it stunk a bit at first, as it says it will on the packaging, but nothing intolerable and didn't last more than a few days.

Worked perfectly

I don't have any complaints with this mattress topper. It expanded extremely quickly to it's full size, within 10 minutes. I bought it because I tend to wake up with a sore upper and middle back, as well as having chronic lower back pain that flares up once in a while, so far this has helped with the sore morning back!

Happy with it so far

I wouldn't say this helps with body temperature regulation, but my back pain is completely alleviated. I haven't been able to sleep in my bed for 10 months. My husband and I bought a new mattress, unfortunately where we purchased it, there was no satisfaction guarantee. I've been regretting the purchase, but since I bought this mattress topper, my back pain has gone away completely.

No more back pain

So, it's not too soft, not too hard. I wish it was a little softer. Not sure if the actual foam itself causes sweating or if the cooling gel actually works like they claim it does. The thickness is great. My queen sheets don't fit properly though. I would suggest buying king sheets if you have a queen pillow-top mattress and you're also adding the foam. It took no time to expand. Set it up around noon and was completely expanded and formed lovely by 2pm. I'm docking 1 star because it smells absolutely awful. It has an earthy/gassy smell that makes me lose my breathe every so often and is giving me a headache. It's been 17 hours since I set it up, I've covered it with the foam cover it comes with, covered it with my thick mattress protector, fitted sheet and flat sheet. The smell is still there. I can smell it through all the sheets and covers, plus I can now smell it on myself. Yuck!

So comfy!

I bought this 4 days ago and this will be the first night I am able to attempt to sleep on it.  This topper took over 72 hours to expand close to 100% .  If you wanting to sleep on it the day you buy it, don't.

Takes forever to expand

I bought this yesterday around noon set it up I admit the side that had a light expand where comfy, but it now 5pm the next day and it still looks like I just took it out of the box, it hasn't expanded at all, and it like missing like up to a foot on each side so it doesn't fit my queen size bed even though it is a queen I am brining it back

It ok

It's been out of the box and trying to expand for 5 days now and it's still not done.  I am beyond frustrated as I have paid good money for this. I will give it another 48 hrs and if it's not done it goes back.  Don't be in any hurry to sleep on it. It would also be nice if you could reach someone from the manufacturing end for advice.
