I purchased this bed in full size for my daughter, and I'm very pleased with the quality of this product, and the good service and fast shipping that Wayfair/Walmart provided. This is a sturdy bed, with a weight limit of 250 lbs. for full size, 300 lbs. for queen size, and 200 lbs. for twin size. The package arrived with all parts intact, and didn't take more than an hour to put together. I would also not recommend putting together alone as it would be a little difficult to install screws while trying to hold the pieces together. I am using a 6" memory foam mattress on this bed, and the height of the headboard which actually shows with the mattress on, is 15" at its highest point. Wish the headboard was higher, but all in all, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommended this product.

frame bed

This is what I was looking for as a guest bed. However the picture is deceiving. The headboard is not as high as the picture depicts. And the package arrived damaged with a couple of screws missing and the frame was a bit bent. But a call to the customer service rep resulted in a resolution of my problem quickly. Overall this is a good bed for the guest room, and is a nice looking bed. Do not plan on using a box spring with it, as you will go over the top of the headboard. We purchased an 8" mattress, placed a 1" pad under it to keep it off the metal frame.
Again, overall as a guest room bed, I think it will serve the purpose we purchased it for.

Good for the Guest Room

In spite of not having any instructions on how to put the bed together, I managed assembling the bed without racking my brain. The bed is very low, not my usual height. I purchased this bed for my guest bedroom.

Teen Bed

My main grievance with this bed is that the headboard is no where near as tall as pictured. I put just a 10" mattress on it, and the headboard was all but obscured. It is WAY shorter than pictured. It appears to be a regular bed in the photo, but once you get the mattress on - just by itself, no pillows - there is only approximately 12" of headboard left showing - the shams I bought lean on the wall because the headboard is so short. I was very unhappy about this, but you have no way of knowing until you uncrate all the pieces and start putting it together. AND, there are no directions to put it together. I had to have someone help me try to figure it out, and while we eventually did, it SHOULD have had directions! Also, the bed color is more cherry than mahogany, so it doesn't even begin to match the furniture I was trying to match it to. For the above 3 reasons (short headboard, no directions, color) I would definitely NOT recommend this product.

The picture is false . . .

the photo of the head board showed a taller head board, so I am disappointed, It looked a lot different then shown.

Head board to short

Came with no instructions. Metal quality very poor(thin). It already bent when we were setting it up. The headboard in the picture is a lot higher than it really is. I would return it in a heart beat but the inconvenience of taking it apart and bring it down from a mountain cabin is just too much. DO NOT buy it.....the only good thing about it was free shipping......

VERY poor quality

One of the best things about this experience is that the bed was shipped to my house really fast. But when I took the bed out of the box, the wood pieces were dented and chipped. The bed also did NOT come with any instruction on how to put it together. Some of the metal pieces were already bent. The bed is VERY LOW quality. I would not suggest anyone to buy this bed. If you do, it should be used as a childs bed. I was not very happy with this bed or how it was made. Customer service didnt seem very knowledable about the product at all. Plus they take $17.00 from you to return it. I dont think I would purchase anything else from this "wayfair" company ever again. What a waste of time!!!

Not a good idea

It's a beautiful bed.....in the photo. In real life the headboard disappears so it is no longer a beautiful bed. If you want to feel like goldilocks on the baby bear's bed, buy it. If you're looking for a real bed, don't buy this one. I'd return it if I hadn't gone through the trouble of putting it together....may still return it.
