Item came as described. No parts were missing

I  purchased this chest because it matched the other furniture in one of my guest bedrooms. I really wish that they would use better materials, but as they say you get what you pay for. I was able to put this together myself, but it would have been better if I had an extra set of hands. I gave it 4 stars because of the quality of the materials.

This dresser is really made of wood. Problem is when putting the pieces together they are awkward and heavy when doing alone. The finish gets chipped easily if not handled delicately, which sometimes is impossible.
The middle panel on the back of the dresser does not screw in so be careful when assembling. While trying to put side 2 on and while trying to get the dowel rods in, the panel flew off and smacked me in the nose. Thought I broke it. 
One other thing, for the dresser being so nice the handles are plastic and worthless. One of mine was cracked in half. You'll have  to replace them. I haven't had a chance to get to the hardware store yet so not sure what options I have.

Good dresser. Try to have help assembling.

The price is excellent but the material is very cheap. Many of the screws enlarged the screw holes when I screwed them in. Pieces of the wood broke while assembling and overal the drawers would never fully close. I tried to call customer service and each time they hung up the phone. I could never get a live person! I would only get responses by email which was very frustrating. I ended up purchasing my own parts to the dresser and assembled that way.

Not worth the headache

Not very happy with this purchase. I did everything the instructions had said to do and when I was finished putting together, my son opened the drawer and the face came off.

Not Great

already falling apart after two months.  my daughter cannot open the drawers normally.  she has to be very gentle or the face falls off.  i am going to buy wood glue and hope that it takes care of it.  worst piece of furniture i've owned.  took a long time to assemble, also, with 3 people!

poor quality.  falls apart .  do not buy.

There are drills all over the place with extra holes unless you are skilled don't mess with it. Also wood surface  keep coming off while assembly , its a very low grade material . Better get anything else not this one as cheap will get you this stuff. Go more budget if you want decent one and easy to assemble and will last.

Horrible ever NEVER buy!!

This dresser is poorly made.  It came broken and missing parts. Seller isn't happy to organize return be aware.

Terrible.  Do NOT buy!

The bottom drawer broke apart... Cheaply made for the cost of it. The fiber board crumpled and the lock screws wouldn't hold the drawer together
