[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks nice, good value and appropriate for small rooms. I wish the pillows were permanently attached although for some this is a benefit to be able to remove them as they are attached by velcro.

This memory foam in the cushions is 98% cotton batting and 2% chipped memory foam.  Largest piece found was less than an inch in length and less than 1/4 inch thick. No support in the cushions at all.

Tiny couch, can maybe fit one small child and very uncomfortable

Smaller than you expect for a futon, the mattress isn't very thick, and the side bottoms aren't supportive so you can fall off (even if you're against the wall)

Don't buy it. It looks completely different from the photo. There's almost no foam, and neither are there any springs. It's a terrible quality.

Terrible. Does not look like this at all. Pillows are flat. They don't even stay in place.  And now it is a huge hassle to return! Just painful

This is a material made to look like fake leather from very far. Or very old overly used leather that is about to rip. There is no memory foam whatsoever. Sitting on the floor is almost the same at this point. The overall make is so flimsy that the material is literally stapled (poorly) in the back. Not even properly stapled, and beware to not hurt yourself like i did because a few staples stabbed my fingers. I feel scammed and I didnt even pay full price. Bad. Bad. Bad. I'm so annoyed right now I feel like I should grab the person that made this futon and put their nose in their own doo doo like a puppy to make it learn to do better. I have seen better futons in the trash on moving day.

I'm very disappointed with this purchase and assembling the product to know that its upto its mark. cheap quality cushion and cloth is not of any standard. look at your adviertised picture and real product pls.

scammers futon need my money back

Do not buy from this seller (Homall). I paid nearly $340 including taxes and shipping expecting the high-end, premium, structured black tuxedo-style sofa shown in their online listing. Instead, I was sent a completely different, lower-quality, slouchy charcoal grey futon with heavy horizontal stitching lines.
When I contacted customer service with photographic proof of the structural differences, they tried to claim it was just a "lighting difference" and kept offering me small partial refunds ($50, $100, then $200) to keep a cheap item that completely ruins the aesthetic of my living room. They even refused a home pickup for this heavy furniture and told me to just "dispose of it" or haul a massive couch to a FedEx location myself.
Terrible quality, deceptive advertising, and even worse customer service. Save your money and buy elsewhere!
