The chair is absolutely perfect. It was a gift to a family member and they are very pleased with it. The only problem was I ordered a blue and black chair but was sent an all black chair. That was very disappointing. The chair itself though is an excellent gaming chair.

GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY!

I bought this chair for my 15 year old son. He loves it. The massaging pillow was an added bonus and probably his favourite thing. 
Shipping was way faster then I expected, and the chair was easy for him to put together.

The chair is okay, the seat is very thin, the back also. Could have more cushioning. Also, the vibrating pad stopped working on the 2nd day.

The chair is good, easy to assemble but it would have been better if the parts of the chair are labeled. I can't wait to start using it.

It looks a lot sturdier in the photo. It's actually quite small, perfectly fits me and I'm 5'3 so keep that in mind if ur taller. It's also generally flimsy and squeaky. I wouldn't have minded spending a bit more to get a heavier feel. It also spins gradually if my feet aren't touching the ground. The leather also got wrinkled from wear in like a month

While the chair is of decent quality overall, it squeaks quite a bit and the hand rest doesn't feel very sturdy.

Terrible design. Great potential poor quality. Arm became loose for unknown reasons after 4 days. Seat foam has not support. Was feeling the top of the gas lift cylinder pushing thru after only 5 days. NOT RECOMMENDED
