Excellent chairs,but challenging to build. It is not possible to get the screws into the holes with tool provided. I suspect that some glue got into the holes , making it extremely difficult. Fortunately I have the necessary tools. It did help to first “break in “ each hole before attaching the frame

Home gear Isa counter chairs

I purchased 3 of these counter stools recently. They were promptly delivered  (ahead of schedule) all packaged up ready for assembly.  The instructions for assembly appeared rather simple.  All was going smoothly and I finished the counter stool in due time (initially albeit with a supplied alan  key). Then I proceeded, and finished the second chair.  Upon completion, the profile of the chair didn't quite look right. It appeared the seats were facing slightly downwards. After reviewing the instructions, which were not all that clear It was possible, the seats were facing the wrong way. After having going through the instructions a few more times, I had reversed the seat, and  frame placement. This seemed to correct the profile of the counter stool and certainly was a better feel when sitting on it compared to the first time around. The instructions were very basic, and did not differentiate between the left and right frame very clearly, which was the initial problem. Other than that, once the correct assembly was completed, the counter stool was very comfortable and pleasing to look at.  For future reference, use a a drill with a similar alan key bit as it will greatly make the experience of putting together these counter stools more pleasant and faster  rather than just the  provided alan key  bit key by itself.

The chairs are beautiful and comfortable. 2/4 harder to mount and the chairs swing a little from left to right if you do it on purpose but still acceptable stability.
