Too bad one can't actually “smell” the scents before purchase. Almafi coast sounded nice, but it's a bit to perfume smelling for me.

I absolutely love the way my home and office smell clean all the time.  No need to remember to fill any annoying plug ins and no need for candles.  This has the potential to let you have a beautiful smelling space worry and hassle free.

My second one. Really fills large areas with scent and one bottle of the diffuser seems to last a really long time. A little pricey but so far worth it.

Waterless Diffuser

The charge lasts a while when used unplugged, and it still works when plugged in. It covers most of the rooms in my house, and the scent bottles last a long time. I can't wait to try more scents!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Homedics SereneScent Waterless Rechargeable Diffuser for a bit now, and honestly, it's been a really nice upgrade from the regular water diffusers I've had before. The scent comes through strong since it uses pure oil, and I love the scent options that they have. It was super easy to use even without looking at the directions. You just have to pop off the top and add the oil then it's ready to use. It's also rechargeable, so I can move it around the house instead of keeping it plugged in all the time, which is surprisingly useful. One thing I didn't expect to like as much is the Bluetooth/app control. I actually use it a lot more than I expected. I can turn the diffuser on and off from my phone, adjust the fragrance intensity, set a timer, or schedule when it runs (like an hour before I get home so the place smells nice). There's also an ambient light option that you can control through the app or directly on the base. It's subtle, but it gives a nice cozy vibe at night, especially if I'm using it in the bedroom or living room. You can still use the buttons on the diffuser if you don't feel like grabbing your phone, so that's nice too. That being said, there are a couple of things to keep in mind. Since it's waterless, I do go through oils faster than I expected. The scent is stronger, but you do pay for it in how often you need to refill. It also makes a soft sound while it's running it's not loud enough to be annoying, but you notice it more when the room is super quiet. Overall, I actually really like it. It looks nice, it's easy to use, and the Bluetooth features make it feel a little smarter and more convenient than your standard diffuser. I just wish the oils lasted longer but for the convenience and how well it scents a room, I'd say it's worth it for someone who loves having their space smell good!

Super useful and convenient

The mist it produces is so thick that when I had it running alone in a room and came back just a few minutes later, it looked like my house was on fire with all the “smoke.” It's not really something you can use with guests present because of that. I also found the scents fade almost as soon as you stop running the diffuser, so it's a bit of a trade off with the smoke-like appearance if you want the room to smell good even for a bit.

Cool, But In Need of a Redesign!

I bought this less than a month ago. It worked for about a week. Followed all instructions, including cleaning instructions and it just will not work. One mist and its stops. One of the worst purchases. Do not recommend
