These chairs look great, the first one took longer to assemble because I was leaning how to put the pieces together. The second chair was simple to assemble. They match the island I purchased elsewhere, but are from the same manufacturer. 
I haven't actually done more than sit in these chairs but they feel very sturdy. I'm happy with my purchase.

Beautiful stool. Off-white is more like a cream/greyish color but still looks nice.

Sturdy and good quality

These chairs are high quality and very nice. I got the black with brown seat. All the screw holes are drilled in the right places and didn't require any alterations. There were extra screws included, and just as I was getting tired of using the allen wrench, I saw that they included a straight one to use with a power drill! This was a wonderful gift :-) These are nice and sturdy and won't tip back. I would not hesitate to puchase these again.

Love these, easy to assemble.

Great chair. Perfect for my kitchen island. Purchased four to go with new kitchen reno. White cabinets. Chair color slightly off white but still looks great.

Solid chair

I ordered 4 of them for my kitchen. I had a friend put them together. He said, one stool took 45min to put together. Overall, great looking and strong. Down side, just make sure you have time to put all of them together. Now, they are done, my kitchen looks awesome!!! What a great finish to the kitchen.

Awesome Stool!

These came in a very timely manner. They look really good and were easy to put together. My only complaint is that they were unlevel/wobbly. I had to replace the rubber pads on the legs with ones I could adjust so that they set level. Easy fix, but only issue I had. Would definately purchase again.

Pro's:
Built rugged
Appearance is excellent
Good value for the money

Con:
Assembly instructions not well written - thankfully the illustrations are good
Recommend a power screw driver to assembly
All four legs do NOT set evenly on the floor; you will need to put a leveling pad on one of the legs (Pads not provided)

Rugged good looking stool

The chairs seem sturdy and we're not bad to put together. there are a few small gaps that I was concerned about but the chairs still do seem sturdy. pay attention to the different lengths of screws before inserting any of them.

decent buy

I ordered 3 of these counter chairs. I love the style, solid oak seat, and overall appearance, BUT, like other reviewers, the quality really fell short. Two of the three chair backs had very noticeable defects and had to be returned. I am awaiting the replacement chairs with crossed fingers. I too thought the instructions were poor, but I was able to figure them out nonetheless. I am hoping the new chairs will be defect free. I really like the comfort, style, and function of these chairs.
