The bed is beautiful and easy to put together. Well constructed. Only issue I found was that you do need a box spring for this bed. We bought a Pressure Pwrfect mattress and it was really low on the bed slats. The boxspring brought it up to the height we wanted.

Love it!

Shockingly, this was so easy to assemble. No power tool needed. Parts are labeled perfectly. I put this together myself. So pleased. Just a nice looking, sturdy bed. Great price too.

Easy assembly, looks great!

During my moving process my bed cracked and then two weeks later the bed collapsed so I needed an inexpensive bed in a hurry! I hate sleeping with my mattress on the floor! I found this one and thought it will do for a little while until I got settled in my new house. The bed was very easy to put together; it took me and my boyfriend maybe an hour to put together. I probably could have put it together by myself but that would have taken a lot longer. When I put everything together, I was very surprised how great the bed looked! I am very pleased with the style and quality of the materials. I will keep this bed as long as it will last! Hope you will enjoy the picture I uploaded to see the finished product!

Great Quality

I am so happy with this bed, when delivered It came in 3 boxes and needed to be assembled. Everything you need is inside the box and the instructions were easy to understand. It took me a while because I have never assembled a bed before. I have seen this bed at a much higher price and was so happy with the quality of this product. The raised panel on the headboard and footboard really set off the great look of the bed. You would not be sorry with this purchase.

Great purchase.

Beds similar to this on other sites are much more expensive but this was the exact style I wanted so I thought I would give it a shot. It arrived one day earlier than expected, came in three boxes that were pretty heavy but my husband had no problem dragging them all in by himself. We assembled it today...well technically HE assembled it because he loves to put things together and he kind of bogarted the entire operation. It took him about an hour probably, including taking it out of the boxes and organizing. It was very easy to assemble and just from looking at it I can say that anyone should be able to assemble it by themselves with relative ease. The bed is heavy and sturdy...very impressive. No marks on the bed at all...perfect finish. I highly recommend this quality bed!

Perfect!

I purchased this bed to replace an iron bed that I've had since I was a teenager. I didn't want to spend a lot of money because I'm...well, frugal. Not cheap, just frugal. The bed came in three boxes and was fairly easy to assemble alone. I'll admit that if there were two people actually reading and following directions the process would be much quicker. I did it in about 30 minutes. It looks great and it doesn't look cheap. If you're looking to store anything underneath be prepared to buy lifters and go through the tumultuous task of putting them under the legs where they more than likely won't fit forcing you back to square one with about 6 inches of space under the bed. In other words, save yourself the trouble and find storage space elsewhere. But, I am in love with this bed.

Great product for the price.

It's a beautiful bed, took about an hour and a half to assemble but was fairly easy. Manufacturer says box spring is not necessary but mattress is not tall enough without one. Learned that the hard way. Looks fantastic.

Needs boxspring

I bought this bed on black Friday and received the shipment on Monday. I was really surprised because i expected it to be delivered a week after. But the only problem is th box spring and mattress don't fit by th footboard. I don't if that should be that way . ..... other that this issue. I lt is really a nice bed.

looks great

Anybody can do it !!

I would have given five stars but when i received the bed there was a huge chip in the wood on the headboard. I figured it wasn't worth it trying to ship it back and get a new one so i colored it in with a sharpie. You can still see it but it isn't as noticeable. Other than that it is a great bed and I have received many compliments on it.

Bedford Queen Bed, Ebony

I bought this bed in March of this year and was so excited to get it because i had my eye on it for the longest time but just recently it broke for not reaso, i wasn't even on the bed with this happened which was the weirdest part of it all but i just heard it snap for one of the corned and check and the wood had broken in half now i don't know what to do and really don't want to spend more money on a new bed when i just go this one this year

not worth it
