I needed to add both food preparation and storage space to a small kitchen in an open plan house.  This was an excellent choice.  Finished on both sides, it matches the white cabinets well and the grey granite top adds a touch of class.  The two upper drawers are shallow but would accommodate a cutlery tray but not a soup ladle.   The bottom 3 cupboards might have been more useful divided into 2 as they are rather narrow but the center space accommodates a large skillet.  My husband put it together in about 3 hours without power tools or swearing.

Wow, this create a cart natural finish with granite top is amazing. the wood is solid wood and the top is very solid. the assembly was very easy and instructions were easy to follow. all hardware is included with extra parts included in case you lose any parts. the packaging was well put together and all parts arrived very fast and undamaged. I was nervous about the granite top arriving damaged but the shipping packaging was beyond solid and very well packaged. Very impressed

Awesome kitchen island

I will be very glad to review this item. It is most perfect piece I have ever put together. Everything fit perfectly. They even sent 1 extra screw or bolt in each package of parts. It looked a little scary when I looked at all the parts but I had no trouble because everything was coded beautifully and fit so well. I am 84, if I can put it together anyone can do it.  It is solid wood no sawdust which is what I wanted. I do have one small criticism.  The 2 drawers are fairly shallow, can not hold anything big. Will not hold a silverware tray.   I would definitely recommend this piece. Janet L

This is a great buy! So worth the money! Just look for yourself, we even added two barstools. Matches perfectly with our blonde wood cabinetry.

Bought this to use on an extra wall in my kitchen. It arrived very quickly and in two parts (base and top). The packaging was excellent, every part was wrapped individually and well protected. Putting it together was a bit tricky with only one person but if you have ever assembled hardware before it shouldn't be an issue. The construction was overall very nice the only thing that was really cheeped out on was the hinges are just little plastic pins that pop in. I don't expect this to be a problem but if a child was to hang on the door they could snap off but for normal use are just fine.

Over all I'm very pleased with this product and would recommend this to anyone looking for extra counter space!

Nice Countertop

Cart and granite top arrived together. All okay with assembly. Granite top was broken... shipper sent another that also was broken. Shipper said they would inspect the next top prior to shipping and double pack it.
Third top arrived in one piece, was not double packed - they got lucky this time. At the point of installation it was observed that none of the three tops were intended for this particular cart - the mounting hardware in the base of the top was located incorrectly, there were two additional wood pieces that were to be mounted with dowels to holes that do not exist on this cart. Even the illustration of the cart on the box containing the top is a different model. The granite is the same size despite the base and hardware being wrong. So, a quick trip to the hardware store for a handful of L brackets and short screws fixed the problem. Walmart.com and the shipper were unable to come up with a reasonable way to dispose of 180 pounds of broken granite from the first 2 tops. It was eventually agreed to take them to the warehouse at the local Walmart store for disposal.

One granite top does NOT fit all

It looks like the product would have been nice, but the color just was not what I expected.  It was almost a cherry wood tint which was not going to fit in with our kitchen.  

Hayneedle discovered that the picture posted on Walmart's site was incorrect and sent a correction to them.

Again, what I saw in the box when I opened it, looks like a nice product.

Looks well constructed, just not what I wanted.
