This island is absolutely perfect! It was the perfect size for my kitchen and gave me the extra counter and cabinet/drawer space that was needed. The granite top is nice too! I am not sure if it is sealed so we will be doing that... to hopefully prevent stains from soaking in. We opted ti not put the wheels on which makes it a little shorter than we would want but we will fix that as well. Over all we love it!!

This kitchen island matches my cabinets beautifully. I love the extra storage. I couldn't be more pleased.  With wheel castors that lock, it's easy to move when cleaning. For the price, remember this is real wood. It requires assembly, but because I purchased it through Walmart.com, my local Walmart assembled it for me free of charge. Can't beat that.

Homestyle cart.

Great purchase for me.  I thought it was a little pricey, but it's real wood.  Assembled easily.  If you have any experience assembling furniture from directions, this will be simple.  52 year old 5 feet tall.  The only thing I couldn't do alone was lift the countertop.

This is a nice large cabinet with nice granite.  The directions were exact and as others suggested, lay the pieces out in order and follow the picture instructions.  The drawers were a little time consuming but over all it went smooth.  Took over two hours.  The packaging is well marked and wrapped tightly.  Very happy with the wood quality, better than you get in a box store.  Only thing I didn't like was the color didn't match the picture that I ordered.  The color appears like honey oak but looks more like light oak.  Would recommend this to others.

This island is absolutely beautiful. The one I purchased has a marble top. It is a quality piece of furniture and well worth the price I paid. It was very easy to put together. It is not cheap or flimsy. Lots of drawer space & shelf space. I have received many compliments on it. I LOVE IT!!

It is very nice, nicer than I expected.  Put it together in 2-1/2 hours.   Lots of counter working space and storage.  Put  a lazy Susan inside of one side for baking goods, and spice rack.  The marble top is beautiful and really adds to the look of the kitchen.  The marble is nicer than the butcher block top, and worth the few extra bucks.  Very pleased overall.

Kitchen Island cart

It is a very good island but you need a lot of patience to put it together. The pieces should have been labeled left or right or front/back. I had to take it apart part-way through due to that. It all went together perfectly after figuring that out. I am not an expert at putting things together but I got the job done.

I wish the drawers opened all the way - the hardware doesn't fully extend. Other than that, it is actual wood, not particle board or laminate. The price on Walmart.com was alos as good or better than any other site I found (same cart with same background in picture and everything). Overall, it's a good cart. Yep, not as good as a $1200 cart, but this also didn't cost $1200 so the quality is fair for the price.

Even though the product description says 'All wood construction', the two shelves they shipped with it were particle board. I know this, because the corners of one of them was broken, exposing particle board. I can't tell if there's other particle board in the product - at least some of it appears to be wood, but it's hard to tell underneath all the white paint.

The granite countertop they sent was pockmarked and full of many little holes. I can't imagine that will be sanitary. In addition, there is a largish chip on the edge of it, about an inch long by a half inch deep.You can't tell by looking at it because of the pattern, but you can feel the defects with your fingers.
