It is very absorbent to water and dries fairly quickly despite being so thick and fluffy. I am really impressed and will be buying more.

Since it's currently winter I haven't gotten a chance to test it out at the beach yet but I will be using it to watch the upcoming eclipse in my backyard! It's that big that it'll be ideal.

The towel itself is really soft and good for non beach uses aka after a shower. I LOVE using a soft giant towel after a shower so it's great.
