2 of the chairs were damaged. 1 we couldn't put together at all and the 2nd one will not raise or lower the seat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great chair for the price.  Fun colors.

This nice looking and quality chair and made me feel comfortable. I'm sure this is big enough for up to a senior man. But it's a good quality so my other kids and me can use it if he grows out of it.I gave it a 5 stars because there were everything perfect for the prices. to be honest great product!

Best chair for kids desk

This chair is great, well made and sturdy, and the most important point is easy to assemble, well setup! The footrest is a really great feature, as are the height adjustment the depth adjustment.

Unboxing and the chair height handle fell out while taking out the parts. I didn't think much of it - all the other parts were lose, so what's the big deal?  

Well, I realized once I got to the end... The chair height bar is not referenced in the instructions or mentioned at all.  It's entirely molded plastic with two tiny "nubs" that are meant hold it in place on the chair base and pivot (with the full weight of whomever is sitting) when adjusting height.  We are simply unable to adjust height with it - doesn't work with only one "nub." Even if it did, it feels like it would break instantly on the first use.

I took the chair bottom back off and manually pressed the hidden pneumatic button to adjust the seat height. It went up to full height pretty quickly. However, now there is no adjusting it back downwards and it is several inches too tall for my 8 year old to sit comfortably .

Not worth the effort to disassemble, re-box, and return. We are disappointed and wish we had spent a little more for something that wasn't DOA or didn't feel like it was going to instantly break on first use.

Spend a Little More - Broken out of the Box

Ordered 2 at the same time for Christmas presents….the teal chair came in but height adjustment lever was broken when it came out of the box……it's Jan 9 now

Disappointing to say the least

It easy to assemble; however, the quality is very poor.  The plastic piece that lifts the seat up and down broke before the chair could even be used.
