[Employee of walmartcanada] Use for potato/bacon soup, quick add to ceaser salad, in dressings and sauces.  Quickly adds flavour when needed, a little goes a long way.  This is bacon crumble not bits so don't expect big chunks.   Value is A+, in comparison take two pounds of bacon, fry it up, de-grease it, allow it to dry completely and then crumble it....time spent two hours. Or open the package.

Always tasty. I can depend on Hormel's products. I do want to ask how long the packaged real crumbled bacon is safe to use after the "purchase by" date. Can you tell me that?

Have used the Hormel Crumbled bacon for years. The last few packages have had more larger bits than in the past and I consider this an improvement. Thank you.

Great, quality product and a great value

I used to purchase this at Sam's but they do not sell it anymore. I'm unable to find it anywhere for sale that is not 3-4 times the Sam's cost. I did see the comment that Walmart is carrying it. Does not appear to be online and is for sure not sold in my area. It's a shame that there's demand and no way to purchase!

Awesome product that I can't buy anymore

The Hormel Crumbled Bacon is perfect! It has lots of flavor, great texture and no "unpleasant" bits. The 20 oz package keeps very well in the refrigerator and makes this a terrific value. I use it frequently to add depth and flavor to soups, casseroles, omelettes, dips, sandwiches - - you name it! It's been hard to find recently, but I'll keep looking...

I use this product with cooking several different types of dishes! It's great as much more than a salad topper. I use it in my stuffed mushroom caps, crab cakes, and different pasta recipes. 
The quality is wonderful too, very little fat portions.

Wonderful product!

Great stuff. Resealable.  Not the ball type which i dint care for but real bacon pieces and not alot of fatty grizzle from my experience. Use it for salads, wraps, make your own pizzas, and even heat it up in the microwave a bit and put them on cheeseburgers... it melts into the cheese saving the time and clean up not cooking up full strips of bacon.

Flavor is decent. Pieces are too thick at times. The thick chunks are really tough and unpleasant to eat.
