As a parent of a 15-year-old girl who participates in competitive sports year-round, finding effective ways to manage her back fatigue, muscle tightness, and posture has been an ongoing challenge. This posture support brace works really well and feels very supportive. I like that it supports the upper and lower back at the same time and helps keep my posture straight without feeling too restrictive. The adjustable straps make it easy to get a good fit, and the material is breathable and comfortable to wear for a few hours. It’s discreet enough to wear under clothes and has definitely helped reduce back and shoulder discomfort. Overall, great quality and very effective.

This provides support for my lower back, my upper back and helps to hold my shoulders back correctly.

Great support for my back whilst doing heavy work

Has allowed me to bend 30-40% more with confidence already.
I could not bend due to several  herniated disk in my lower back. I was afraid to bend any , due to causing a pain. I am looking forward to trying more bending stretches with it on. I even bought another one 3 days later so as to have a extra one, designs change so often.

Convenient

This product is great for supporting your back.  It also helps some with straightening hunchback of the shoulders.

Great for my cervical neck and lower back pain. I can finally clean my house without pain. The size is true to fit. The straps are comfortable and adjustable. It doesn’t feel too stiff and offers just the right support my back needs to feel pain free while being active. I’m buying more in all the colors

Best back brace

too small for the recommended size.  I'm supposed to order small but chose M but still too small.  There is only 2 inches overlap to my waist.  So I have to stretch the 2 strap to reinforce the hold on my waist.   
The back support can be uncomfortable when worn for hours.  Otherwise it helps to support your back when you need to protect your back when working or lifting heavy weights.

If you need this to correct slouching, don't waste your money. Shoulders can slouch even with the rod.

may work for some

It didn't offer support I need it. I like my Mueller wrap around braces better. I have four of them each one a different style and like my reading glasses I leave one around the house LOL
