[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Allegra K Square Neck Short Puff Sleeves Smocked Floral Midi Dress the first thing I noticed is the dress is lined. The dress length is just right, and it feels very light and breezy while walking etc. The puffed sleeves are a nice touch, and the elastic is not to binding on the arm. I usually like elastic on the top however this elastic seemed a little scratchy more so in the back area, also it seemed to ride up under the front and I found myself having to pull it down periodically. Easy washing instructions make this dress a nice addition for your summer wardrobe.

I typically wear a medium and a medium was good. The fabric is lightweight polyester. It is lined with a short slip. The square neckline is wider and lower (in the back) than I generally prefer. Having sleeves was nice-no pockets though.

Some clothing can be 100% polyester and not be unbearably hot, this is not that clothing. It feels abnormally heavy for a summer dress and well, it's incredibly hot too! Save your money for a cotton dress or cotton blend.
