I'm between size 8 to 10 and this fit perfectly.  Sleeve length is perfect - hits just above my wrist.   Bodice is lined; the sleeves are not lined.  It can easily be worn with a skirt for work/church or with a pair of jeans.  Pleasantly surprised.
