Excellent service: watch in excellent condition except for small scratch on face which was to be expected.

Everything works great on my watch and looks almost new and can not tell the watch is a restored watch.

In leu of buying a brand new one we are giving this a try. So far so good, watch is in great shape and everything is setup. Only gave this 4 stars only because it's been a day. It has exceeded our expectations and we are very happy with the decision.

As expected

The watch came with a few cosmetic issues such as the dial being worn and a small indent near the screen and it looks a little dirty but other than that it looks great. I am struggling to get the watch set up. It didn't come charged which was unfortunate. We will see how it goes.

I bought a SE watch that was supposed to in “Like New Condition “ and it was far from that. Functionality wise it's good but the watch body was covered in scratches. I would have returned it if I wasn't giving in to my 9 year old son.

Fair

I purchased a watch that was advertised Like New and guaranteed to have at least 80% of its  battery capacity.  After pairing the phone I discovered the  watch battery status was - Needs Service, meaning that battery needs to be replaced.    It was difficult to set up the watch because my son doesn't have his own IPhone requiring me to go into a Verizon store (no fault of merchant) BUT now I have to go through this painful process twice to set up a replacement.    The reason I gave 2stars instead of 0 or 1 was because the watch case was immaculate and the watch was otherwise in nice condition.
