A good replacement option for an old canopy.  I was leery of the price, but the quality is better than what I expected.  The last one lasted 20 years, and this one should also based on the quality.

These were good quality but our "10 x 10" tent frames we had were actually only 8' by 8' where the canopy goes so these 10 x 10 didn't fit. We recommend measuring your tent before purchasing and wish we had! We always thought our tents were 10 x 10 -- that's how it was sold!

Its to small ! And looks like the seems will come a part any time.not happy at all with it.  Most of the time I love what ever we get from wall Mart.but I think the maker made a big mistake on sewing this and measuring,cause its to small and we can't put the thing up all the way or it will rip to prices!

Too bad, greatly disappointed that this item is TOO SMALL! It is too small that we could not open the conopy frame, had it been made a few inches wider and the sides a few inches longer. Because it would have been perfect. But too small for EZ pup up 10x10 canopy frame.

Read the description carefully this is a 9 foot 7 inch canopy not a 10 foot canopy.

Ordered a 10 x 10 and it shows up a 9'6 square. Of course it doesn't fit and there is absolutely no way to fold it to send it back and I dont want that aggravation anyways. So I am S.O.L.

The top arrived on time and in great condition. It was described as a replacement top for an easy up tent that is 10x10 feet. However, it is 4 inches too short on all four sides and badly warps the frame when finally put in place after a great struggle to do so. I am attempting to return it.

This is a shame since it is made of a really good grade material and would be water proof!

This replacement cover is too big. It was supposed to be for a 10*10, but it seems to be for a 12*12

Beware!  This does not fit a walmart purchased 10x10 canopy frame.  Too small  poor quality
