I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and flavorful these rice pho noodles taste! The broth is light yet aromatic, and the noodles cook perfectly in just a few minutes.

The product is gluten free

[Employee of walmartcanada] One of the best rice noodles I have ever tasted but beware of there are two versions. The one from Vietnam is really a Five star version and the other one, believe from Thailand which are pack in a simpler format are also good but unable to pinpoint the subtle differences in texture. Unfortunately it seems unable to order through Walmart on line lately , hopefully it is only a temporary situation.Both tastes almost like the freshly made rice noodles after reconstituted with hot water, so realistic , one might not be able to tell the difference if one is blindfolded! So do bring them back on line please.

Love the flavour. I really miss pho because I stopped eating beef so I was happy to find this since it's vegetarian including the broth. Not a perfect rating though because the noodles are a bit too soft and become mushy way too easily

Great tasting however it is not gluten free. I have celiac disease and I'm have not eaten anything yet today other than trying this bowl I grabbed at Walmart. I am very ill and stuck in the bathroom now.

Nothing on the package indicates the soup contains a mouth burning spice! Is this what pho is supposed to be like? I've heard that pho is a flavorful food, but evidently to the maker of this stuff there is no distinction between flavour and pain.  A warning would  have been nice. I threw this stuff in the garbage before it could harm me further.

Contains some sort of awful spice.
