Came one day early (within 48 hours to be exact)! Easy assembly, heavy & sturdy without looking too bulky. Oak color was spot on, but a little on the lighter side. I already had my 4 chairs and needed a replacement table. Perfect for small a living space but big enough to look rich! Place setting, candle holder & candle bought at Walmart too!

The table is very attractive and sturdy, assembly was very easy, my only complaint is that it is a little lighter color than I hoped for by the picture, but since it said Oak I wasn't totally surprised by that either. It goes well with my kitchen so it's certainly acceptable since the design and construction are exactly what I wanted.

Great table.

This is a beautiful, sturdy table. To my pleasant surprise, it came with all the parts. Well-packed so received in perfect condition. The Mission chairs with oak seats is a near match to cherry table top.

I did a lot of research to find a drop leaf table and while there are a lot of expensive options, this one is an affordable one! It's perfect! We stained it and it's even better! I uploaded a pre-stain and post- stain picture!

Amazing purchase

Great product

Don't usually write reviews but felt I should with this table.  I like it very much!  It is perfect for my apartment.  I put leaf down and pushed against wall for extra room when I don't have company.  Easy to put together.  Great price!  Looks more expensive than it is.  Love the two tone black base and wood top.

Great choice!

Overall this was a beautiful table to finish up.  Quite time consuming to be done right.  We wanted an oak shade and it took 3 coats of stain, and now in the process of finishing it off with polyurethane.  It's turning out beautiful!  We are quite impressed with parawood.  We were unfamiliar with this wood, and we researched it and found several complaints about it, but we did not find any problems with this table.  Happy with our purchase!

nice unfinished piece of furniture

This table is perfect in my recently remodeled kitchen. Although some reviewers say it's lighter than the online pix, mine is very close. I'd call it a medium cherry, lighter than my new cabinets (Kraftmaid Hayward Cherry, Cinnamon finish), but blending very well. The black base is an elegant blend with the dark bronze cabinet hardware and the black leather seats on my bar stools.
It was hard to find a table big enough for 4-5 people, but easily reduced to a small size for 1-2 people most of the time. Its round shape makes it easy to walk past it on the way to the sliding door and BBQ. When necessary we can put 1 leaf down & butt it up to the island to create even more walk-through space. It's super-easy to move!
I chose this over more expensive tables in the stores, because of its solid wood top (easy to wipe off with damp rag), and the over-all blend with my cabinets and light wood laminate floors. I'm elated that it's more elegant than expected, and each day I find some new way to enjoy its versatility.
When we first opened the box, I saw a nick in the edge of one drop-leaf. For a few moments, I considered returning it, but then touched it up to my satisfaction with the cover-up stick that came with my new cabinets. Those things happen over time anyway, so I haven't even noticed or thought about it again until this moment, as I write this review.
All-in-all, a great purchase and excellent value.

Versatile Solution

Easy to put together. Table top (Cherry) was lighter in person than the view on the website.

Good value

This is a drop-leaf table. One leaf cannot be extended because the holes are drilled in the wrong place. Because of need, I'm using it with one leaf up. Before both leaves can be up, someone will have to drill holes in a different place. I'm 90 years old and will have to find someone who can drill the holes.
