Love the hot tub! The set up was fast and easy. Very sturdy for an inflatable hot tub. The cover is heavy duty and holds heat in very well. The only issue I have is that the app to recognize the wireless controls on the hot tub. It might be an issue with my Wi-Fi.. I haven't figured it out yet.

Great little jacuzzi for the backyard, fast shipping too. It gets pretty hot and we like the strong jet bubbles. It went on sale a day after purchase, unfortunately they don't do a price match, however have option for return and repurchase, it was heavy so that was not a good option. The spa is sturdy and has an app. Family and friends enjoyed it.

Worth it!

First off this tub is awesome! Zero issues with setup. Less than 24hrs from unboxing to first soak at 104 degrees... including ph leveling! The leds add a great touch but the best part is wireless control panel with wifi. The hard water treatment I'll see about in time. Arizona water is the hardest water so if it works I'll be impressed. The cover is so much more insulated than others I've had. The pump is much quieter and it almost feels like the air jets are heated. None of my old ones had heated air so that was a surprise. Over all I'm much happier with this one than any pooch my old ones!

Best value for the money!

Very easy to set up and use. I've only used it once and don't know how well it will hold up over time but so far I'm very pleased. Purchased during a Black Friday sale and the price was right!

Enjoying it so far

I had my first one for years it finally gave up the ghost so I purchased this second one very happy with this hot tub.

Absolutely love this spa. It fits perfectly on our patio and has been so wonderful to relax in. The water is hot and the spa is better than I expected. We are very happy with this purchase and are excited to use the spa over and over.

Much better than expected!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] works great other than the control head seems to lock up and i have to unplugg and let it reset. had to do that 5 times already. with that being said. guess should b lower starts. but the tub when it works.  works fine

Do not purchase. I have purchased two of these hot tubs and both had operating panels that did not work immediately after taking it out of the box. I thought the first time was just bad luck because this hot tub gets good ratings on the sites that sell it but now that it has happened a 2nd time I would like to save anyone thinking of purchasing from the hassle. The operating panel is defective in this hot tub and once you purchase it you're stuck dealing with Intex, and no one speaks English. It's a nightmare. I now have two hot tubs that do not work. Save yourself the hassle and do not purchase.

Defective Hot Tub-Do Not Purchase

bladder has hole and trying to get a  replacement.  neither Intex or Wal-Mart is making the process easy

Control panel does not work right out of the box ..have been waiting now almost two weeks for a new one..had to file a claim for warranty..headache..stil can't use it
