This is a great hot tub. we had a standard 2 person tub previously, and this one is so much nicer!  it is a kittle deep, but a seat can be purchased, which makes it pedfect. it was so easy to set up, we have it in our basement. we couldnt be happier!

Love this hot tub. I was nervous about having dogs around it but it is super thick and could not be damaged easily. Love relaxing in it and it's super easy to use.

Set up was easy. We did purchase a couple stall floor pads to put under the spa.  The one sent didn't seem very thick to us.  It definitely made it more comfortable to sit in.  It only took over night to heat up.  It has held heat very good.  Overall we love it and would recommend.

My husband and I like the size and the quality of the hot tub. The exterior tub dimensions are 66". I used pool salt and ran the sanitation cycle 8 hrs the 1st time.Chlorine level came up pretty high then dropped in a day. I run the sanitation again for 3-5 hrs to get chlorine back up. Its perfect for two adults. maybe three adults or two adults and two very small children. My son set it up for me and he didn't seem to struggle too much except he did complain the directions were a little confusing in some areas. The cover is a little weird. it goes all the way down to the bottom and there's a foam insulating layer in the top portion that seems to have folded over and bunched up on itself so I don't know if I can fix that or what happened to it. I had the water in it and ready to go within 18 hrs or so. Its very hot out now so we haven't run the heat much and its 92  degrees We've used it every night and love it.

Super nice for the price

System is simple to set up, but prepared about 83" x 83 " area for the 83" x 83" square tub, taking 83 as the exterior measurement. It's actually only 68". Looked at model numbers of purchased and received systems. No way with about a 52" x 52" interior is this a 4 person tub. Also, if 2 people are in it, the water level, with jets on, maxed out to the top. That's with water level at max line to start. At min line, 4 people would over flow the tub. And sitting in a 2x2 foot space per person is ridiculous. Buyers beware.

Spa is smaller than advertised.

The spa looks good and is fairly easy to setup and maintain. However, it does not get as hot as they claim and it does not even hold the temperature that it does get up to. If you run the bubbles while in the spa the temperature drops even more. The cover is extremely heavy and the inflatable cover swells and shrinks until it doesn't fit the spa properly anymore. The spa is not worth your time or your money.

Not Worth It!

Purchased in April 2026. From the start, walls would get "soft", were slowly losing air, barely noticeable. I would re-inflate/add air every couple of weeks. By June, I had to add air daily bc the walls would really sag. July, I have to add air every day, sometimes 2/3x a day bc the walls keep deflating. I and others have attempted to locate any leaks. holes, tears, none. On 8/31/26, I walked out to a spa that was mostly empty, walls deflated and crumpled, 250 gallons of water gone, flowing freely all over my patio. The inflatable bladder insert stopped holding air back in May. The blower, motor, jets, etc are good. But if the INFLATABLE spa doesn't stay inflated, what's the point?!

False advertisement.   Hottub details/measurements were said to be 94 inches wide%26long. Turns out to actually be 77.  Its deliveried and says right on the box 77.  Had lots of problems with tub lossing air.  believe its the air switch on the pump unit.  This size tub is not worth this cost.  It is falsely advertised, the description is incorrect, measurements are NOT correct!

Dissapointed

the spa is good but the instructions were terrible. The manual (old) said you could use iodized salt. I found out, through google, that this was a typo and Intex knew about it but sent the old manual anyway. I used that salt for two weeks so there is a good chance I have ruined my NEW spa. Intex should have informed me of this typo! Even customer service said to follow instructions in the manual! The cover did not expand properly so the foam is all bunched up.

The manual clearly stated you could use iodized salt. I phoned the company and was told to follow the manual. I did but eventually found out this was a typo and Intex knew about it but sent the old manual anyway. I don"t know what damage I may have caused because of this but I feel the company is to blame and should replace the entire pool!
