[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] works great other than the control head seems to lock up and i have to unplugg and let it reset. had to do that 5 times already. with that being said. guess should b lower starts. but the tub when it works. works fine

walmart.com

Looks great and like I paid a lot more. Very well made.

Best hot tub for the money.

This is my fourth in index hot tub. I've gone from the smallest to the largest. need to replace every two years but I live in Florida use this daily but I'm just one person buying it here on Walmart saved me so much money versus the other three I bought at Amazon

Cheaper here than on Amazon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we got it and set up next morning and used it that night it is so heavy duty we love it

hot tub

This is my 2nd Intex spa, 1st one lasted 10 years and only throw out because looked old and pump failed.Great product and looks and feels fantastic . Not disappointed.

Absolutely love this spa. It fits perfectly on our patio and has been so wonderful to relax in. The water is hot and the spa is better than I expected. We are very happy with this purchase and are excited to use the spa over and over.

Much better than expected!!!

Very easy to set up and use. I've only used it once and don't know how well it will hold up over time but so far I'm very pleased. Purchased during a Black Friday sale and the price was right!

Enjoying it so far

I am so disappointed in this hot tub as I had the same one years ago and loved it. The new energy efficient cover tore the first month it so cheaply made and this pump constantly turns off our settings and either is cold or too hot. I like mine set at 95 but it keeps turning off my settings and filters are always shutting off. I don't even mind the E90 codes as I stay on top of filters but this newer version is so cheap. Don't waste your money. I have pictures of the cover and other issues that I sent to Intex and they ignored me. If they can't stand behind their products I simply won't buy them. I ended up buying a cheap cover online as we have to keep covered with all the maple trees here. Just junk.

We had 2 Intex hot tubs before, and they were fine. This one increased the size- it does not fit well in the area our previous one fit in fine, and the insulated cover will not go on as there is a railing in the way. It says in the manual there is an alternate cover available, but it is not anywhere on the internet. the control panel is a joke. Hard to use, and if there is a power glitch it takes several steps to get it set right again. I plan on returning it if Spreetail does not have an alternative cover available. Whoever invented their energy efficient cover did not realize it is not easy to put on, basically impossible for one strong person and not useable for an elderly woman of normal strength. I feel it is a case of executives in the company requiring engineers to do make an energy efficient cover and not realizing what a poor choice it is. It will be the last Intex product we purchase- we have had 2 of their above ground pools, have a 3rd to put up next year. They were ok. To me, as a person who has made and sold things his entire life, this is a poorly designed product. I would advise Walmart not to carry this product.

Not happy with this one at all.

Lid does not fit on well, and leaves ripples that allows dirty water and debris to pool on the top of the lid, then when you remove, dirt and debris falls into the jacuzzi. Is it defective? I don't know.

The light became filled with water when we tried to turn it on, and the manufacturer wouldn't replace it unless we had a serial number that we couldn't see because we paid to have someone install it through the Walmart website.

Very disappointed and sad about my purchase.
