The most surprising thing about these boots was how comfortable they have been.  I am not typically a fan of slip-rk800s, but I thought I would try these out.  They have surprised me.  Though I might still prefer laces in my line of work as a pipefitter, I am very pleased with these for now.

I work in a heavy equipment repair shop with lots of gouging, grinding, and welding. I bought the hauler for the price and because I wanted to try a slip rk800 as I was tired of burning through laces. I was not dissapointed! I have stepped on molten steel and my foot never felt the heat. I have always smelled the sole melting first. Even after the bottom is mostly destroyed after 8 months, they still feel comfortable to slide my foot into at the beginning of the work day! I buy a new pair every year, and for the price, you really cant beat the quality!

Excellent boot for the price!

I really like the outsoles.  They grip on show, ice, and mud.  The boots are very comfortable with no break-in like other brands of boots I have tried in the past...almost feel like a comfortable pair of casual shoes.  I really am enjoying wearing them.  Particularly, I like the softer leather and they were comfortable when I first put them on - happily surprised with them.  I prefer these over previous pull-on and western boot brands that I have worn.

A little snug in the instep, but break in was quick. It's getting harder to find un-lined safety toe non metallic wellingtons, these are a great find. No worries when passing through metal detectors. The only con for these is that they are a little looser in the heel than others, but it's not too bothersome and they don't pull your socks down.

These are a great find.

Very comfortable boots. High quality construction, except for the heals. Heals need more rubber and less stuffing.

The comfort is excellent.  The insole cover is peeling off after only a few days of minor walking and the boot does pull my sock down sometimes.
