I bought a pair of customized clip 5 as an anniversary gift for my wife and me, and I am so glad I did. The battery life is superb and easily blows my old Clip 2 and 3 out of the water. The best feature by far is the ability to sync them together. Placing them in different corners of the room creates a fantastic, immersive sound system. Highly recommended!

The songe is loud enough .

I bought this little JBL Clip 5 for taking on river trips this summer. It has been the perfect speaker! It sounds great, securely clips to my kayak, and I don't have to worry about water splashing on it. I chose to have it personalized with a photo I took, and absolutely LOVE how it turned out!! It charges quickly and holds a charge well. If you're thinking about this one - you won't regret buying it!

This little powerhouse is perfect for my needs. I also have a clip 3 that has taken a licking and it keeps on ticking. Kinda like me a 77 year-old Vietnam veteran with hearing aids. LOL. But I'm still young at heart and work out 2 1/2 hours six days a week in my spare room converted to a home gym, 90 minutes of  my workout is on my elliptical. Most of the time my Apple Watch fitness program gives me an All Out intensity rating, and this little speaker is the reason I can do that. The amount of sound this unit produces is kind of in the unbelievable category. I have to crank it up because I take out my hearing aids when I work out and it still puts out enough sound with a lot of bass that I can really crank it on the elliptical. I'm afraid to put it on the top output level because I don't wanna hurt my dog's ears. But it's plenty loud enough for me in my little condo. The quality of the sound is amazing even at the higher volume levels. I bought this as a backup to my Clip 3 and I love the sound so much I use it as my primary sound system and keep the 3 for a backup. I was only hoping that it had as good of sound as the clip my Clip 3 and was blown away with how much better this one actually works! My workouts wouldn't be the same without it!

I'm a dedicated JBL fan I've owned almost every one of their portable speakers and this one did not disappoint. I love it for its durability, convenience, mobility,  and unmatched sound quality.   I take it with me everywhere while i ride my ebike so thankyou again.

My speaker is better than yours LOL. No but really

Compact Powerhouse

The speaker is loud enough for outdoor use and great in the shower. My son hangs it from the rod and plays his music while showering. We used it at my other son's graduation party and it worked well. It was loud enough to hear across the yard. Works amazingly.  The battery life is great as well.

I love it! I just wish it could stand upright or have a little stand.  It sounds better when both sides of the speaker are exposed. I tried propping it up but it just vibrated and fell over. It sounds better without the power boost, (I think that’s what it’s called; to make the battery run longer.).  The compact size is perfect for taking on vacation and having a little music while in my hotel room.

Great sound!

(got the custom photo one) kinda disappointed with the print. they need to make the preview more accurate, because i chose a picture with a white background thinking the edges would blend in but in person the speaker is like a grey instead of white so the picture edge is cut off smh if i knew i would have picked a png

be careful what picture you choose

The speaker quality is great, but I’m sad over the quality of the picture I had paid extra for. The picture looked poor when it came it, but I wasn’t too worried about it because how good could the picture really come out on the porous surface of the speaker, fine, whatever. But now after only owning it for two weeks the picture is severely scratched up and coming off already with very simple use.

Don’t pay extra for the picture personalization

I may have gotten a bad one but this item would not shut down and continuously made the sounds of trying to hook up.
Literally kept me up all night. I heard wal mart sometimes sells refurbished products, so I will purchase directly from JBL.

Disappointed
