I'm very excited about my ear pods that I Purchased I always love JBL sound I have quite a few things by them and was interested in trying the behind the ear. The sound is great. The fit is good. I love the color and I'm a happy customer.

Great features

jbl.com

I purchased these wireless headphones a few weeks ago and they are doing wonderfully. They tick off all the boxes of features I need. They connect to multi items (the last 2 recent they can toggle between). The sound is very very good. They do not hurt when I put them on. I can always clearly hear what is being said, or the music I might be listening to. I can wear them for extended periods without a problem. The only thing (and I think this is a me issue not an issue with the item) is that I have issues getting the right one to stay in place sometimes, but my right ear is a bit different than my left so I am fairly sure that is causing the difficulty.

I am glad I purchased them and would recommend them to others.

Soundgear Clips

I was apprehensive about maintaining the earpiece but it is really good, you just have to think about putting your hair behind your ears during installation. The sound is also pleasant, and does not hear much outside the headphones. The design is very nice, it looks like an ear jewel, it changes from the more classic headphones.

5 stars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Soundgear Clips are extremely comfortable and have great sound. There is more bass than I was expecting. These have become my go to headphones for hiking. They are so comfortable I forget I have them on sometimes. This style of headphone, to me, feels like it has minimal effect on the ambient environment. I would recommend these headphones to anyone and have recommended them to friends.

So comfortable I forget they are there.

influenster.com

The earbuds have great sound. I love the fact that you can still hear everything around you because they're not in your ear rather than on your ear. Which makes some great For work environment. The only downfall is getting used to them wearing on the outside of your earlobe. Otherwise, super product.

Out of ear experience!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spend a lot of time listening to music, and various online books across all kinds of earbuds and headphones. I was really interested in these the moment I saw they were an open-ear earclip design. This style has some real advantages for everyday use. they enable you to keep your situational awareness, your ears stay cooler, and it is much easier to hold a quick conversation without fully stopping what you are listening to. For that kind of all-day casual use, open-ear designs can be really convenient. I sometimes forget that I have them on.

First impressions were strong. The transparent housings on both sides of the clip looks different from the earbuds I have from JBL and Beats.
Actually, the case is one of the nicest-looking earclip cases I have had.

Setup on my Samsung phone and Samsung watch was excellent. Pairing was quick, battery information was easy to check, and I appreciated the deeper device integration features. The app is also very well done. It is clean, easy to navigate, and packed with useful settings instead of feeling like a bare-minimum companion app.

My calls sounded clear and I was able to answer my phone without any problems. The mic worked very well.

The headphones are nice to watch YouTube videos and on the phone and computer and chat with my family. These headphones are very comfortable to wear. The headphones sound great with music and calls. The mic works well and the controls are easy to get used to. I like that I can use the headphones and also hear my surroundings.

The only issue I had was while I was working detailing cars. If they were not well seated on the ear they could easily be brushed off. Because they feel very natural on the ear, I did not always realize they fell off.

The picture with 63% charge left is after working 4 hours. The picture showing 48% charge left is after a complete 10 hour day. The other pic is wearing the clip at work

Smooth feel and great sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] JBL produces another quality headphone product for a wide variety of uses throughout the day. Solid battery life and very good volume. Audio quality is good. Making phone calls on these headphones is okay. Sound quality could be better for phone calls. All in all a solid set of headphones that I highly recommend.

Quality JBL Headphones

Just bought these due to design, and sacrificed sound quality. I don't mind spending money for top sound quality as a drummer. I thought JBL would deliver here in both design, functionality and sound. Everything passes specs but sound. Maybe the general public would be ok with it but I am a little disappointed. 3/5

Nice design, lacking sound quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alright! These clips are pretty cool! Nice solid case and design. Easy, fast, connection. I do feel the sound quality on this set is not what I expect from JBL. They don’t sound and clear despite having lossless audio playing through them. Additionally I noticed they were not playing immediately and were pausing every couple minutes randomly when I first started playing them. Battery life after an hour went from 74 to 45. Seems very adequate. They feel like you’re not wearing anything on your ears, super light and comfortable. You may be wondering how they fit on the ears and my 4th picture should help you understand how they sit in the ears.

Not sure if they’re ready for prime time

I’ve been using these headphones for a while now and I find them rather disappointing. My first complaint is that we cannot adjust the volume of orders. When I get a call, I feel like I’m going to get deaf. I find comfort in wearing them relative. It is nice to have nothing in the ear, but the size is not adjustable, we can not perfectly adjust them. The good thing is that you can easily forget that you are wearing them. The sound is correct for the music but not immersive enough I find and I had no particular concerns for calls. I add a point for the customer service I contacted to find out if we could adjust the volume of the order invitations. Very responsive, very nice. Great service!

Disappointed

Let’s start with the positive and it will go fast, good autonomy and great sound quality. Same for calls, the microphones do a great job and the caller has a quality call. However, the hold is very bad in the ear. Even in office use they fall several times a day. The ball is too big for the pillow and the clip is poorly designed and doesn’t do its job at all. At the same time recurring bug several times a day when the phone switches to the earphone connection while they are well in place in the box. The buttons are also very poorly designed and not at all functional on a daily basis. Final bouquet with the microphones that fall in curtain after a month. Just the sound that works but no sound picked up by the microphones anymore. It looks a lot like a beta version that needs to be greatly improved.

Not to the point...
