I bought these on a black Friday special, for half price. Excellent quality, great sound, and more comfortable than AirPods, in my opinion. Battery life is excellent for both on the earbud and the 40 hour reserve in the charging case. Downside, the operational instructions are pretty weak. I found Bluetooth pairing to be somewhat frustrating without clear instructions.

Super easy set up. Fits my ears well and has multiple sizing options. I like that they are snug without anything (mic) hanging down. I have gotten great feedback from the person on the other end of the line as well. Very clear and great sound cancellation. Highly recommend!

Get them!

Love these earbuds, really comfortable and battery life is very good. The sound is really clean and clear. Bass is just right and the EQ on the app makes it better. My one complain is that I feel like it's not loud enough. But that's my personal preference. Other than that it's a very good pair of earbuds with many features. Sound quality is great but just not loud enough but the long life batteries make it a 4/5 a good solid buy.

I was excited to try it is because I like JBL product. They sounded good and worked well but continuously fell out of my ears. Did not staying well no matter what size cushion I used..

Good sound bad fit

I gave these a 2 star rating because they are very new and I have noticed that they cut in and out for no apparent reason. It doesn't appear consistent as it has happened two times over the use of about ten sessions. For an hour of use they cut out about 15 times.

Performance review

I got these so I could bluetooth a set just to my office computer. The sound is decent, but doesn't matter when they constantly fall out of your ear. What's worse is when it happens during the million video conference calls I'm on everyday, how embarrasing.

Won't stay in your ear

Good enough sound. They just don't fit in my ears. I've tried all 3 size ear pieces (repeatedly)that they come with, but none will keep them in my ears.

Do not fit

The description of the product does not match what I received. There is no noise cancelation, but it is in the product description on the Walmart website and the JBL website for this model of headphones. I contacted JBL customer service. They said that the serial number of these earphones (indicated on the box) does not correspond to any model from their product line. This is a counterfeit product. Why does Walmart allow them to sell fake products via their website?
