I am a business owner and a homeschooling mom. Needless to say, I need to be able to use my hands during the day. The JJ Cole Agility Carrier worked perfect. It gave me the same carrying positions as the Moby wrap with less of the hassle and half the price. You can literally begin using this carrier right out the box. There is no learning curve of figuring out how to wrap. It's already done for you. My only regret is not buying it sooner.

Absolutely love this carrier! It is VERY easy to use and takes all the guess work out of wrapping like you would with an actual wrap. Very light weight and my baby loves it when I wear her in it. Would definitely recommend this wrap to new moms and BTDT moms!

First and most important is selecting the right size, I have a history of using carriers but made a little different then this one, so size is important you can choose according to women dress or men suit jacket size, this carrier is made well and is a mix blend of polyester, cotton and spandex, it can hold baby weight from 8-35 LBS. What I like about this carrier; the support and comfort on the back and the stretch fabric which gives you a secure fit, and the different positions you can hold baby gives you the opportunity to multi task household chores etc.

Bonding with Baby!

I wanted a simple wrap and that's what I got. As mentioned in other reviews sizing matters. I purchased a medium but wonder if a Large would be more appropriate since it's right after giving birth. I'm going to wash the wrap and see if that helps the cotton give a little. I am 5'3", 160lbs with a 7/8lb baby, he fits it's just tight. He doesn't mind and quite enjoys it, but I would prefer it to give a little so he isn't so high up on my chest.

First time baby wearing

I love this thing. It is so easy to use. The video on YouTube shows you how to use it in all three different ways. It's easy to get the baby in and out with only one person. You get all the benefits of a wrap around carrier without having to figure out how to wrap it. My son is only 13 lbs and just 14 weeks so we have only used the cradle position so far but he loves it. I use it when we are out and about and he needs a nap. It's also so easy to throw in the diaper bag. We also have an ergobaby and I don't even bother with that one anymore.

So worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this carrier is designed for a new born, not for older infants. The carrier itself feels like a Moby with stitches, so you don't have to spend a lot of time figuring out how to wrap it around you. The material feels like some sort of polyester, it is very flexible and soft. For a new born who needs lots of skin to skin contact, this is perfect. This is because you can wear the infant without fearing that the material of the carrier would hurt your baby. However, my personal opinion is that the flexibility of the material is not so good for older infants who have some strength to fall backwards, it may hurt their back or neck when they do 'trust fall'.

Other than that, I think there should be more sizing options, for example XS. I normally wear size 0-2, the smallest size of this carrier is for normal dress size 4-8. So I was not able to try the carrier personally.

Good carrier for a new born

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a couple baby carriers but only like the normal kind never one like this one and i have got to say it is comfortable, i really liked the back on how it's so wide and soft on like the others that just have two crossed straps on the back and then you end up with back pain because the weight is just on your upper back, well not this one, with this carrier you actually have the weight distributed all over you back so that makes it truly comfortable especially if your going to carry your baby for long periods of time, i also loved that you don't have to worry about clips or tying anything you just put your baby in and your ready to go and since it doesn't have clips you don't have to worry about anything bothering your baby, the second i put my newborn in it she fell asleep because she was so comfortable. The one thing that i didn't like was that since its cloth it feels sort of like if you were carrying your baby in a blanket all day long which is good but not so much when your living in texas and you have to deal with over 110 degree heat. But it's still comfortable. A great thing about this carrier is that you can put your baby in different positions not like with other carriers where you can only carry your baby in just one or maybe only two positions and it's also great that it comes with a sash to help you wear it in different ways another thing that also helped A LOT is that it comes with a booklet that shows you different ways of using the carrier and it gives you instructions on how to do it so you don't have to worry of not knowing to to use it. Also when i got it i was a little worried of the carrier not fitting me but since it is a stretch fabric it fit great and i am on the bigger side and got a size medium. The sizes are
SMALL:WOMENS DRESS SIZE 4-8
MEDIUM :WOMENS DRESS SIZE 10-12
LARGE:WOMENS DRESS SIZE 14-16
X-LARG:WOMENS DRESS SIZE 18-22
but they do stretch like i said so you don't even have to worry about it being too tight. Oh and before i forget you can also watch video on youtube to see instructions on how to use the carrier, and my baby loved it especially because she was so close to me and the fabric is so soft, but even though the carrier can be used from 8-35 lbs i only liked it for my newborn because i also tried it on my son that weights 20 lbs and i didn't feel it as comfortable with him, for him or just for a bigger baby i would rather just use one of the other carriers not this one just because i don't feel like the weight distributes as well as with a smaller child but i completely still recommend it, it's a great carrier and i will try to use it as much as i possibly can before my baby outgrows it. And also a great thing about this carrier is that you can cover your baby completely with it and make him comfortable not like with others where you have the babies hands and feet dangling all over the place and the jj cole carrier also supports the babies head completely until he/she can hold their head up by themselves so that is great and that's one of the things i love the most about it.

comfortable

I originally had a carrier with buckles that I really disliked, it was difficult to get on especially if I was alone. I also looked at Mobutu wraps, but it seemed a little complicated. So this is great, it takes minimal effort and my son loves it! I'm 180 pounds and Large fits me great. The only thing I would say I dislike is that it kind of irritates my neck but it's not a big deal.

Much better then other options.
