These headphones are well made and offer crisp sound. The soft ear cushions are a major plus for comfort. Although they are a little tight on my ears, they adjust well in length. They hold their charge well and the beautiful color is exactly as pictured. A great purchase for the price!

How dare this company make me fall in love with music all over again!!! I have ear issues so I can't use typical earbuds but I (almost 24 hours a day) have music playing. I've had probably 10-15 pairs of headphones in the last year…. But these are the best yet! Absolutely love them. Amazing sound, great controls (placement and function), and a simple app that lets me remap the buttons, use a eq and customize it, and most importantly…… the battery is as phenomenal as the headphones are comfortable!!!! I will definitely buy another pair for my backup pair instead of the cheap ones I have now. Great job!!!!

How dare you?????

This is 1 of my favorite purchases this year. I loved my set so much that I bought a second pair for my husband. These headphones rival the ones that cost $200-$300 for a fraction of the price. The sound quality is great. The noise cancelation works well, which you can turn that off if you need to be more aware of external noise. The battery lasts a good long time and charge time is fast. They are SUPER comfortable to wear. And the app is easy to navigate and customize your own headphone settings. I like the way they fold. It was simple to find cases that would fit the headphones since they fold the same way the other more expensive brands fold and are the same size. I would recommend!

All around amazing quality!

Amazing headphones!!!!  The quality of comfort and  sound. That I get out of these headphones has completely replaced my experience iPod I purchased.  Noise cancellation, sound, and comfort is up there with Dre Beats.  I have been wearing my headphones on my head all day.  Looking for a good pair of headphones. That are a fraction of the cost compared to high brand.  Buy these

The headphones are very comfortable to wear for a long period of time, And they sound amazing!! got them on sale for a great price about a month ago!! highly recommend these headphones!! they're rechargeable and they take a c-style plug to recharge them! extremely long lasting battery life for extended listening time!

JLabs Noise cancelling headphones

I found these on TikTok and had to buy them  for my best friend and I when they went on sale for Black Friday. My sister loved them so much that I had to buy another one in January. These are the best AFFORDABLE noise canceling headphones on the market! 
P.S. don’t mind my sister but she loves these and she has used them everyday!

Best headphones ever

These are by far the best headphones i have ever purchaced! nice crisp sound and 3 options for noise cancelation/alert/or low. Life battery for me i have notice is around 5days .They are extremely comfortable over the ears.  Would recommend buying this over the overpriced named brands.

Oh my goodness! This is my first pair of bluetooth headphones! I am so impressed. I love the price. I am so glad I bought these. I would love to purchase a pair for my son but he tends to destroy things easily and quickly! Also, I am worried about him messing with the volume somehow! 

I especially love that I can switch between different devices as needed. I can be listening to music on my laptop and then take a phone call on my phone.

This works really great and very comfortable. However, mine arrived with color transfer from the box. I tried wiping it down but I couldn't get it completely off. I got it on Black Friday sale. And the same color sold by Walmart is out of stock. If I were to repurchase, it will be the one sold by JLab and I will have to pay twice the price🫤

As a blind person who needs to set things up without directions, I always worry about complexity of setups or assemblies. I was able to set these headphones on my laptop without much issue. The headphone side was easy. This was the first time I've set up a bluetooth connection, so the laptop side took a bit of time, but it got done. There was no download or app, but I didn't need one for setup, so didn't look into that. The side with buttons goes on your right ear. There are 3 buttons. The top button controls noise cancel modes and has spoken prompts. The middle button is volume. The lower button is pairing/ on/off, has spoken status, and needs to be pressed a couple seconds to toggle.

There is a noticeable delay when using a screen reader while typing or navigating, compared to wired headphones. This may be true of all wireless, I have no idea. The headband is so uncomfortable on the crown of my head that I wear them over a baseball cap. I use them anyway because the ear part is more comfortable than any pair I've ever used. Can wear them all day with no discomfort, other than the need of the cap, for me. I only use them for my laptop, and never use the mic, so can't give an opinion on multiple uses.

There's a constant cracking or static sound even with slight head movement, which makes them uncomfortable to use. The sound quality is just okay — nothing impressive for the price.

The biggest issue is the microphone. Call quality is very poor, and the person on the other end can barely hear me clearly. My voice comes through muffled with a lot of background noise, making them almost unusable for calls or meetings.

I wouldn't recommend these if you need reliable audio or mic quality.
