[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used many of the Jane Iredale foundation products and I am so happy Jane has come out with this one! I love how natural looking this is on my face. I dispense about a half of a pump onto my finger and dot onto my face, blending with the blending brush. [Side note: I had a brush I used for applying liquid foundation but thought I'd try the Jane Iredale Blending/Contouring Brush. I'm glad I did, it was worth it.]   Coverage evens out my ruddy complexion and my 61 year old skin looks soft and smooth with a natural looking glow, not flat and totally matte. The M3 shade adds a touch of brightness to my light skin tone as well. I'm very pleased with the Beyond Matte Liquid foundation which is my new favorite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This foundation is great for my 63 year old skin. Not heavy but provides nice coverage with a little bit of a matte finish. It's the first foundation I have had that I love AND it has clean ingredients.

I haven't worn liquid foundation since high school (I am 25). I always felt it made me look worse. I have combination skin, sensitive, acne prone, the works. I gave this a try though to try and get better at doing make up and I am super surprised how much I love it. Easy to apply, blends super good, last all day, and covers so good but doesnt look cakey or like too much make up. It was exactly what I wanted. I also took the color quiz and the color matches perfect! The price is a bit high but I invest in my skin care products because I like to take very good care of my skin and I have always loved this brand.

This is the best liquid foundation I have ever used!  It is light weight but has great coverage.  It goes on so easiy, smoothly and looks like your natural skin.  It takes only a very small amount to get full coverage.  I will def. keep this on hand always!!

Best liquid foundation EVER!!

It has been almost two decades since I last used a liquid foundation. This is amazing! It doesn't make me breakout, has very good coverage and looks very natural on the skin! I get LOTS of compliments at my office when wearing and I work in Dermatology! I find application with a beauty blender works best for me and finish with Amazing Matte finishing powder.

Haven't use liquid in years, but I'll be using this!

This is the absolute best foundation I have ever used. I have been a huge user of Jane Iredale products for over 15 years, and as a woman in my 60's, it is the best make-up/skin care line out there. I used pure pressed base for many years, until, due to age, it started settling in the crow's feet around my eyes. I tried Beyond Matte liquid foundation and I was shocked to find out it was exactly what I was looking for.  It feels fabulous on my skin, it looks flawless, and I can honestly say it is the best foundation I have ever used! I have since convinced two good friends to try it and they were also amazed.  It doubles as a primer and concealer, so my makeup routine has gone from 30 minutes every morning to 15 minutes! I am hooked!  Please don't EVER discontinue this fabulous product!  Jane Iredale should be promoting this to ANYONE over 50!

BEST FOUNDATION EVER!

Beyond Matte is truly amazing.  It's the first foundation  I've ever used where I don't need an under-eye concealer for dark circles, yet it goes on light and airy.  It adapts to my skin tone and diminishes fine lines and pores. It stays fresh-looking all day; at 62, my skin has never looked so good.

Best Foundation There Is

I've used the Liquid Minerals and Pressed Base in Satin for years and Beyond Matte is a big improvement over the Liquid Minerals. My biggest complaint with the Liquid Minerals was the little spheres used to leave “crumbles” that needed to be removed. Beyond Matte is completely smooth and blends wonderfully. I had read a number of the questions regarding what shade was closest to the original colors and M4 is indeed a perfect match for Satin. Thank you for another great product!

I'm 39, starting to deal with aging skin and dryness.  I knew that I wanted a matte foundation as to not accentuate old acne scars.  At first I was confused when I tried the foundation, because it didn't seem very matte.  I think the name, beyond matte might be a little misleading.  However, when I looked online at the description, it does state that its semi-matte.  So, I should've looked at that closer.  I figured that I would need to send it back, but to my suprise it covered my imperfections and didn't accentuate them.  So,  I was very pleased with that.  I'm still trying to figure out the best method for applying...I didn't like the beauty blender method, using a brush gave the best coverage but can look cakey if you're not careful with the brush.  The color was pretty spot on.  I purchased the lightest color available.  For reference, I have auburn hair and a fair, neutral skin tone.

Pleasantly suprised

I've used the powder foundation for years and love it.  Decided to try the liquid for a bit more luminous look.  Blended well and looked nice but transferred on to everything.  My phone was covered with it after a short phone call.  Even got on my dog when I picked her up!
