Pleased that the Jethro sc490 senior cell phone was exactly as described. Easy to use, large buttons etc. The right fit for my husband who only wanted a simple cell phone.

Bad, unfriendly interface, as regular Android phone, however, no touch screen, should operate with plastic buttons. Return to the store on  next day, still waiting for refund

Dead on arrival.  Charged overnight but it still would not power up.  Tried charging using the cradle and the usb port on the phone.  Confirmed batterY connections and also got 4.15 V reading on the battery with a multimeter..  Returned the next day.

Don't buy this product it's a waste of money and you can't return it after you activate it to see what the service is like. Piece of junk

Not returnable after activation

The ad says it has no internet access.  That's misleading.  It doesn't have a web browser, but it does have a hotspot.  This means a regular computer can access the internet via the phone.  So if you're trying to eliminate the internet from your house or from a kid's room, but still have a phone for talk and text, then this phone isn't gonna work for that.
