These are about the best briefs for daily wear.  I had worn Elance for guys for many years, but the women's kept popping up in the views.  They have much better variety of colors, which is what caught my eye.  I took a chance on a three pack of bikinis about seven years ago and found that they fit my athletic body type better than the guys Elance - I am a distance runner with a more developed gluteous maximus, apparently.  The men's Elance do not cover my back side nearly as well, which surprised me when I tried the womens.  Now I found that the hipsters are even more comfortable. Anyway, the ordinary traditional guys briefs have thicker cloth, have multiple layers of fabric with many thick seams with a fly I never used, anyway.  The Elance do away with all that and are way better in my opinion.   You don't know until you try.  I tried and now am sold on these.  Maybe they should be recommended as unisex?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my jockey hipsters. They fit great, are soft and comfortable. They don't ride up or roll down. The choice of colors and prints is a bonus.

A hipster

These cotton hipster undies are extremely comfortable. Keep their color after a years worth of machine wash and drying, They maintain their original shape and stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Jockey Elance Hipsters are my favorite underwear.

Six new pair of undies

Have been wearing Jockey hipsters for years and just love them. The fit is right on. Cotton is a very good grade and they do not shrink when washed either! Elastic around legs and waste feels non-existent. Only wish there were more colors to choose from!

Soft and Comfy

The fabric is soft and substantial, and the fit is perfect. Took off one star for the waistband seam which makes a lump that digs into my skin on one side. Seems like that could have been designed better. Wearing them inside out fixes that, but it's not my favorite solution.

Good except for the waist seam

I like the fit and it is comfortable but there is one very chunky seam present on the inside of the waistband.  I didn't notice it at first but now it's really starting to hurt and dig into the skin.  I tried turning it inside out but there's a tag on the outside which also irritates the skin.  If you're sensitive to this sort of thing, I would not get this underwear.

Overall Comfort but Terrible Seam

Thought I was ordering the Elance super soft, but figured I would give these a try. Elastic is too thick, hate the seam.  Not the worst, but they do ride up a bit which is a total dealbreaker.

Nope

Those elastics that are supposedly covered to be comfortable are still narrow and uncomfortably tight. My hip measurement is on the small end of the range listed for the size I purchased, but the elastic around the legs and waist still digs in as if the designer had an irrational fear that their panties might fall off at any minute. It's not comfy and it's not flattering. Put a nice wide band on and loosen it up a bit and these would probably be pretty comfy, but currently they are not.

Elastic is thin and uncomfortably tight. Nope.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely disappointed in the quality of the Jockey hipsters that I received in the mail.  I have been using Jockey for years and the quality has been much better than these. I will no longer purchase Jockey products.
