Very impressed with these briefs, the fit it great just tight enough to feel held in place but not uncomfortable or restricting, the fabric is very soft after the first wash or two, the stitching, waistband and legs bands all feel like great quality. A little more thigh coverage would make them prefect for me. Since purchasing I have been wearing exclusively Jockey Classic Low Rise Briefs and Jockey Classic Full Rise Briefs. I have started looking for reasons to get rid of my other briefs and upgrade them all to Jockey Y front briefs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These briefs are a classic look and feel. They offer good durability and still have a moderate level of comfort. Could be softer material, but still a great product.

Reliable No Frills Briefs

For the last 50 years of my life I have always worn size 30" waist in Jockey Briefs.  Now they don't even make a 30 and start at 32.   I read a review that says that the 32 now fits like the old 30 but now the elastic in the waist seems even smaller than 30 real inches.  Also, the leg openings are more like what you expect on a real 32" waist brief.   I guess this is the best I can do from Jockey these days.  Oh how I miss the Lo-Rise Slim-Guy Briefs that I wore for at least 30 years, which they no longer make.   As an actual "slim guy" my "junk" falls out the leg holes on most briefs on the market these days.  I'm still looking for the equivalent of the Lo-Rise Slim-Guy Briefs of yore.

Weird sizing on the product these days

I'll start by saying that I absolutely love Jockey Classic full rise Y Front briefs. However,  I absolutely can't stand the low rise version. First of all,  they are more low rise than my wife's Victoria's Secret lace thong (reveling). 2nd, the waistband feels like wearing a thick piece of sand paper. My full rise Y Fronts have a super soft waistband.  3rd, I'm not impressed with the lack of colors. Jockey used to have a much better variety of colors than now. 4th, the crotch area is way too tight. Not enough room for anything. 

So all in all,  I  currently would NOT recommend the "low rise" version of Jockeys Classic Y Front briefs until they improve on some issues.

Love Jockey Y Fronts but................

The new sizes are way off. The 36” waist I just ordered looks and feels like a 32. I sent it back and ordered a 38”… it is still too small. I have a 35” waist and am now having to order a 40” underwear in order for it to fit. My ok'd pair of Jockeys still fit great (so I am same size…. Wherever they are farming this out to be made has the sizing way off… beware !

Underwear new sizing is way off!

Size ordered is 40 and tag and package say 40. Fits like maybe a 36. Far too small! Order at least two sizes bigger than you normally wear. I normally wear 38 and these 40's are way too small. Much smaller waist than my old 38's that are probably actually strectched and these are still far smaller.

About two sizes smaller than labled!!! Beware!

Ordered size 36.  The product that came measured 12” across x 2 equals 24”.  If you try to stretch to 36”, the elastic is straining. Obviously these are mis-marked and intended for a young person.  My husband could not get them on. I called and they were re-shipped. The same thing is wrong with the replacement order.

No sized right!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clearly not the correct size as marked.  Placed over previous purchased jockey underwear of the same size and the new product is not the correct size.  Unwearable due to the size and issue and will throw out. Will not consider Jockey again.
