[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Weekend use or anytime.  I tend to agree with those who feel that the front panel is a bit tighter in this style.  For some reason, I find that they are slightly tighter overall if the color is a print.  But it's not a deal breaker - a size adjustment has worked for me.  I have had to return and change my size a few times and Jockey makes that very easy to do.  I appreciate that.  Style is fun and the prints are fun.  What's not to like?

- I have had trouble over the years finding men's underwear in size "small" that actually fit properly. They are almost always too big (for me). This style actually fits me properly. (I have a 28" waist, 36" hip)
- I haven't worn them a lot yet, but from my short experience I would say they are almost full coverage on the back. I prefer full coverage just because I'm used to the feeling of having the leg trim go around specific lines around my backside. (I'm also really particular about the rise of underwear. It has to be mid-rise, or it doesn't feel right to me) I've had occasional times where they kind of felt like they were uncomfortable in the front, but that problem has plagued me with most underwear...

Finally, a size "small" that fits correctly

Best in class

I wore the vintage version from the late 90s as a teenager and loved them. They lasted until I grew out of them! Now in my mid 30s, I got another pack to try them out again. They are just as awesome as I remember them. They look good to! 

The pattern print fits a little tighter than the solid. There isn't much room in the front. Could be uncomfortable if you have “too much” down there! Still getting a 5 out of 5!

A classic!!

Normal wears are traditional Y or Fly fronts, but like to have something more "brief" to wear under shorts and summer gear.  These have a full seat which I like, but give plenty of freedom of movement and are cooler than traditional briefs while still keeping everything in place.  After reading the reviews I ordered size L for my 33/34 waist, 6' 180lb frame and they fit perfectly.  Pretty sexy too if you need to show off a bit for someone special!

Great bikini briefs!

These are still comfortable, and the cotton has enough stretch, but the new microfiber version beats these in softness and support.  Those are my athletic go-to now, and these are great for everyday wear.  Wish they did the white ones with white waistband.

Think jockstap with a back.  The idea of the cut is wonderful if your not a fan of boxer briefs but want freedom of movement without any bind but the old style of cotton and a double panel front is to stiff and restrictive of a material for my preference and comfort. Not a bad pair just a little outdated on materials.  The high cut makes for legs that are thicker to not have seam lines or a squeeze feel and great if you squat a lot.  If these were available in a modal or bamboo 5 stars.

Good but not great.  We need variety in colors and prints.  The solid blue color fit as expected and felt fine.  The print however didn't have the same softness and this could be because of the print on the blue fabric.  Seemed stiff and coarse to the touch.  Comfort was good.  The high cut on the sides is what you would expect from a string bikini or sport brief.  I would like to see Jockey explore the use of pouches in their bikinis, string bikinis, briefs, and boxer briefs.  The one thing that always bugged me was the fact that they are always flat front and tend to crush your bits and bobs.  Higher end brands had favored the pouch on most of their undies and I think Jockey could see a resurgence in people coming back if they heard about the redesign.
Another thing I know most of us underwear fans would love would be more colors and patterns.  Bring back the 80's bikini we all grew up with.  They were thicker material, had a variety of colors and patterns, and came in a cute little tube.  I would love to see them introduce a build your own pack.  Pick your size.  (S, M, L, XL, 2XL)  Pick your cut.  (String, Bikini, Boxer Brief, Brief), Pick solid or patterned, Pick your color or colors. (ROYGBIV BLACK WHITE), and finally pick your pack quantity.  (1, 3, 6, 12).  Me personally, I love the Cobalt blue color and the Red color and lately we have been getting cobalt blue color.  I wish I could just go to a BYO pack and choose to have 6 pairs of cobalt blue and 6 pairs of red sent to me.  Come on Jockey, try something new.

Not bad but it could do with a revamp

High quality underwear. Great coverage in the rear but to wide of coverage in the front. Feels a little restrictive. Would be wonderful to have the same string bikini with them narrower at the top in the front for a more revealing look and a more comfortable fit.

The redesigned string bikini is more uncomfortable than its previous style.  Have been wearing this style for 20 years plus.  The new texture of the wider waistband is rougher on the skin and tends to rub.  The previous thin cotton covered waistband was more comfortable and did not irritate the skin beneath it.
