I am 5'5" and 135lbs and I ordered an XL. I hate tight/squeezing pants and the XL is a perfect fit and they stay in place. They are incredibly comfortable and lightweight - perfect for wearing under dresses. I also love that they are a little silky and the dresses do not get stuck or cling on to them. I would buy them again. When you can catch them on sale for $12.99 that is the best price I have found so far (when looking at both Amazon and Walmart).

I wear it under dresses for dance performances. It's super comfortable and discreet without being too tight. I sized up and got a Medium but Small could probably have worked too.

Perfect fit these "Skimmies."  An odd name, but I wear them as exercise shorts.  Good overall snugness, not tight in leg openings.  The waistband is subtle and fits well too, not tight. I'm a 38-inch waist and wear the size L. Ordered 2 more. Recommend to all.

A nice smooth comfortable snugness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comfortable and supportive ! I recently wore a pair on a 24 hour trip and never once did I feel like I needed to take them off. Fit true to size , did not ride up on my legs or bunch up around the waist.

Shimmies rock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought my first one to try out for when I was playing golf turned out to be an excellent choice I now own four pairs. The waist band stays in place if you don't try to pull them to high and legs stay in place when wearing shorts. Highly recommend to male wearers they fit great.

Perfect fit for all

I would give them a 5 because they are the only underwear I buy for reasons of comfort and fit, but the new fabric is too "slippery" and feels like pantyhose. This causes them to bunch up and roll (a little) where they did not before. So, only a 4 this time, but am glad you kept the short version because the long ones are too long.

I've worn these twice now and find them okay. The waist band tends to role a bit and they sit a little low in the back, and feel like they are going to fall, they have not however. Plus only two colors.
Will I buy more, maybe if some other colors come along . I would probably go from my large to an XL just to eliminate that feeling in the back.

Jockey Consumer Care

The fabric on these slipshorts has changed.    The fabric has gotten so slinky which causes a lot of static, they ride up so I'm constantly pulling on them.  They pill like crazy and the waist band stitching seems to come apart much sooner.  They are nothing like they used to be.  I've bought these for a couple of years now and I'm not happy with the quality. Time to find another brand.
