Plus-size Fit

Fit matches stated measurements and feels comfortable.

Offers a wide range of colors and patterns.

Offered at a price that is considered affordable.

Made with excellent material and craftsmanship.

I have been looking for full coverage underwear for a long time. All the undies out now fit like tanga style panties and those are touted as full coverage. I then remembered when I was twenty something. ThevJockies we sold in the department store fit and covered my reared like I love. Finally I have cotton undies that cover my bum! I LOVE THESE! PLEASE DON'T EVER DISCONTINUE THESE! THEY ARE MY STAPLE BASE FOUNDATION NOW!! Although I think I could have gotten away with 8's. Lol. I love them still.

AMAZING COTTON COMFORT AND ULTIMATE FIT

Jockey

I bought this 6 pack to replace a 6 pack of Hanes all cotton. The Hanes had been recommended by the New York Times Wirecutter magazine. The Hanes' crotch was too narrow and the butt did not fit well. They also drew up a lot after washing. They were not as soft after washing. The crotch in the Jockey is wider and the panty fits much better. It did not shrink after washing and it's still very soft. I also love the pastel color variety.

Better than Hanes

These panties are at least one size smaller than those I bought before. I found a package of size 10 in the back of my drawer. They are the same size as the size 11 I recently bought because I read that Jockey was making their panties smaller. I am disgusted that a company I thought was trustworthy and respectable is neither.

Smaller than in the past

I have always loved these, but the quality has recently diminished. The fabric is good quality, they fit well and are comfortable, but the seams on the inside aren't well finished and they tend to fray after one or two washings. If Jockey fixed this problem, I'd give them a 5-star rating again.

Mixed Reviews

I've always loved Jockey underwear but...the sizing on these have changed. I am a size 7, they used to be a perfect, comfortable fit. Unfortunately a few years ago I bought my normal size 7 only to find out they had cut the width in the hips down and a 7 became a size 6. I could wear them but they were tight. I compared them to my old size 7, and there was a big difference in size in the hip area. So recently I bought a size 8 to compensate for the hip difference, and while being too big for me vertically, the hip area is still tighter. So be aware (unless you have more of a smaller hip figure, then this may work for you) that they have decided that all women's hips are much less curvy then they actually are and in an effort to cut down costs have cut down the width in the hips. It's a shame cause I really like their product but not their sizing. Women have hips Jockey! Unless they return to a more realistic sizing for women, I'm done.

Smaller hip sizing is not realistic for women

I've worn these for years; however, the material quality now seems poor and much thinner than the ones purchased in the store, the kind that might last a couple of washes.

Average

I've been buying these panties for several years, and I've watched the quality of material get worse -- much thinner, not as soft, and not lasting as long.

The BIGGEST issue is the finishing. I buy these because I'm sensitive to many blends and certainly to elastic and latex.

Every pair I bought recently had elastic showing and rubbing at the waistband seam and the leg seams. Like no one was concerned about protecting our skin from being rubbed or irritated by the rough edges.

I'm sorry I have to either find a new brand, or end up ripping the seam edges open and restitch them so the elastic is fully encased -- like it used to be.

If anyone involved in Quality Control reads this, please anonymously buy some and see for yourself. If what's being shipped now is as good as you are willing to sell, you will lose a long-term customer.

Quality and attention are going downhill

Lisa

The cotton fabric is very thin, almost like paper. These panties are much larger then stated and I could have ordered a smaller size. Jockey has cheapened the quality of these panties and I will be buying other brands in the future.

Disappointed

Sizing has changed without warning. I have ordered Size 8 for years. This last (large) order was completely different....too big all over; especially too long such that they bunch and droop. I assumed they would be the same, so I pre-washed twelve pair. May I exchange for Size 7?

Not the same!

Fit is like high cut, crotch is not wide enough on 4 of the pair. Plus size size 10 & 11 are supposed have wider crotch. Material is thin. Bands around leg holes are not soft. Ive being wearing Elance plus size briefs for over 20 years. There has not been consistency in sizes, how they fit & materials in several year's. The last 2 years has been the worse. Maybe they need to stop manufacturing in India.

Briefs are fitting like high cuts, crotches not wide enough, not one pair in a pack fit the same, material is to thin, leg holes bands are rough. Ive worn these for over 20 years. Now I need to start looking for a new brand. There is NO CONSISTENCY.
