Can be very sturdy, but also prone to inconsistencies.

Offers competitive pricing, but can be costly for some features.

Some controllers may not charge properly or at all.

Love the color options available. I chose the Purple / Orange to have the four controllers I now have to be the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle colors. Purchased for a Saturday Night Mario Kart Party - arrived in two days, and worked right out of the box. Great product.

The let's work great! The box was crushed a bunch upon receiving it since it was shipped in a polybag mailer, so I was a bit worried, but all is well :) joycons work great as a replacement while waiting for Nintendo to reopen their joycons drift repair service for my original set.

Shipping damage to box, but controllers work fine

This it the best price you can find for these controllers at $69.99. Great addition if you already have the blue and red one that came witht the console. With this you will have two red for the left and right controller and the same with the blue one.

I ordered these because they were supposed to be a new pair of joycons right? but the tape seals to the original box were broken and there was scotch tape on top covering them :/ the joy cons were wrapped in the plastic still but the joycons themselves had like dirt and smudges on them.

Not New

Very disappointed that we received a GENERIC BRAND Joy-Con and NOT the official Nintendo brand controller that was shown in the pictures on this listing.
At $56, this is a very good price for an official controller but quite expensive for an off-brand device.
We presume the controller works as well as any generic joy-con controller, but for the price paid, there are cheaper options that do the same thing.
We are retuning this item as we wanted the extra features (new Motion Control Update) only available on the Nintendo brand controllers, which are required for things like Nintendo Switch Sports.
If the seller ends up sending us the correct controller, we will update our review and add a few more stars.

NOT an Official Nintendo Branded Joy-Con!

Item is advertised as a real joy-con and even has Nintendo in the name, BUT IT'S A KNOCK-OFF! Is that even legal?? It feels like extremely cheap, thin plastic. Save yourself the extra $20-30 and buy a REAL joy-con. What a shame Walmart allows fake items to be sold.

FAKE! DON'T BUY!!!

knock offs were sent. They do not charge with out nintendo chargers and are difficult to get in and out of the nintendo unit. subtle differences on packaging, but look closely and you will see it. Very frustrated as shipping was delayed much later than expected only for a knock off to be sent. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning them and once again waiting for the correct ones to arrive.

buyer beware- received knockoffs

These are fake. The product image shows Nintendo Joy-cons and in the product description it states the manufacturer is Nintendo. That is not the case. These are 100% knock offs and we will be returning them to the store. Don't fall for it. If the price is too good to be true, it is because it is.

100% Fake

The joy-cons I received were NOT official Nintendo joy-cons. They looked really similar, but when I compared them to my other official joy-cons, I noticed that these did not have the Nintendo logo on them. Plus, the box was different from the usual Nintendo packaging.
