We were drawn to this Joyoung model after reading many positive reviews about it. It's self-cleaning feature was a top priority for us, as well as the total absence of material waste as the ingredients form part of the final drink. We had made 100% soy bean and almond/soybean mix drinks and they were up to our expectations. Compare to a store bought soy bean drink which is like a smooth sweet sugary drink with just a hint of soy bean taste, this Joyoung machine produces a drink with a very fine grainy texture that is tasty and rich in flavor. 
The machine is quality built and impressive during operation with very little vibration even when its cutter assembly is spinning at 20,000 rpm. The odd review did mentioned that the noise level was high but it was not objectionable in our opinion. We have an automatic espresso coffee machine that makes louder noises when tampering down the coffee grinds.
We use the machine on average once daily making a 1000 ml batch which is enough for my wife and myself. My wife loves this machine which replaces her older unit which involves manual filtering and much cleaning after each drink making operation. 
Aside from the obvious health benefits of knowing what's in the drink that we are consuming, this Joyoung machine helps to make for a less stressful life when we want to enjoy a soy bean based drink. We highly recommend this machine.

This thing is a life saver to make soybean milk, super easy to use and very good quality. It has so much potential to make various kinds of drinks. Has been using it for 3 weeks, very happy for the quality.

Prefect for making soy milk. Easy to use and self clean. Not too noisy and now my family enjoys fresh soy milk every day.

Best Soy Milk Machine

I definitely love it's self cleaning function, it is amazing! The soy milk is tasty. I tried few different recipes with nuts, oatmeals, and beans etc, not all as good as the soy milk. It is fun to explore to new taste, just made walnut, black bean and Oatmeal this morning, it is great.  The only cons are it is pricy and is uncertain to the customer support.

Awesome self-cleaning mode

Purchased less than 2 years ago, machine started to malfunction and no longer works.  Cannot find a repair center in Canada, machine do not last long.

Last less than 2 years

E10 error after 10 month usage. The drinks won't drain to the cup with E10 error.
I couldn't find a service center to warrant repair this unit.
