The manual was vague on how to install the wheels (you push them in strongly) and I can't turn the tension knob. Hard to roll on carpet, even low pile. Otherwise great and comfy

Quality vrs Prices

Great color, good quality but I didn't realize there was difference between a task chair and an office desk chair.  Task chairs are slightly higher than an office desk chair.  I may keep it anyway.

I am a short woman and this chair once assembled is for basically a large child - the back fits to close to the seat so my knees were 8 inches away from edge of seat!  We've tried to see if we could move the back further away from the seat but it won't move back.  Loved the look, the quality and the color but will be returning.
