I bought this set to replace my set I bought years ago from Sam's. I was intrigued by the thought of tipping the mill and having it grind the salt and pepper. We filled them and found when you tip them, they halted and did not grind the salt and pepper. We tried several times, removed some of the coarse salt and pepper corns but that didn't help. Needless to say, we returned this product. I'm going back to purchase another manual set.

First truly disappointing product from Sam's

Even with the instructions, it wasn't easy to figure out where to put the batteries or even how to fill it. Then you have to hold it at a certain angle for it grind smoothly. I've had others that cost less, that worked better.

Harder than it needs to be

I bought and returned this item. 1 of the shakers would only work intermittently.  The other one was very slow.  Not very good instructions and had to return

No Good

These work fine but are very slow grinding.  In addition they will not grind very coarse salt.  One of mine broke after two weeks.  I returned them.

Very slow

I was slightly skeptical to purchase this set after reading all the reviews. I figured for the price it was worth to take a chance. I'm sure glad I did. We all love it. It works flawlessly and even though it seems like it holds very little salt and pepper it does lasts long even though we use it daily. I highly recommended. It makes for a great gift as well.

I purchased several of these for gifts. Last year you had the regular grind set, and I loved it. I still do, but these are neat! I thought these were a nice improvement.

Kalorik gravity electric mills

Not a very good unit.  Salt and pepper are the same grinders. Salt comes out WAY too fast. Capacity on these is very small. Batteries don't stay in very well either.

Not impressed.

I bought this product right before Thanksgiving and everyone was in ahhh, of the new fun product. Everyone in the family is farting one for Christmas.

They hold about an ounce of pepper and salt 
They battery's make them heavy and the don't work unless u keep tilting them back and forth
They r going back to store Don't waste your money
