Fancy sneakers

I hesitated on getting these because of all the bad reviews.  I am so glad I did get them!  The opening of the shoe, where you put your foot into, is lined with a white material that has no glitter on it, so there's no glitter in contact with any skin.  The shoe may be marginally stiffer than a plain, material pair of Keds, but it's nothing I would have noticed except that I was on alert after all the negative reviews.  The day I got them I wore them for a full day with no problems.  I absolutely LOVE the sparkles!  The only weird thing is that I'm an 8.5 in all other shoes....even my other pair of Keds.  But the 8.5 in this style was HUGE.  I returned those for a 8 and they are absolute PERFECTION!!

The sneakers were bought in black and are just what I needed for a party.

The shoes arrived marked as the same size 8, but the left shoe was so loose I couldn't wear it.

Should have had a complete reimbursement

I remember these shoes as being far better made.  I feel they are way overpriced, you are paying for the name.  I don't think they will last very long...time will tell.  I had to get a replacement pair for the first pair sent was defective.  No wonder these are no longer the shoes everyone wears.

What happened to the Keds I knew???

Love how the tennis shoes look and buy Ked's alot but these tennis shoes are very uncomfortable around the beginning of the toe area at the bend and near the lace up area.  I had to put bandaids on my foot to cushion.  First time this has EVER happened with my Keds as I have over 8 pairs of Keds tennis shoes in many different colors.  I'm a "Ked Sneaker Head" but these are the most uncomfortable Ked's I've ever had!  They look good and sparkle nicely but are uncomfortable.  PLUS they are lighter than I thought they would be.  Thought they'd be a darker gold, but instead they are very light.

Cute BUT....

Although this is a super cute shoes, it is extremely uncomfortable. I should have trusted the reviews saying how rigid the material rigid. It caused me many blisters.

If someone from Keds would please put those on and walk around. Awful fit. Unfortunate really for such pretty shoes. And this is from an owner of many Keds. Not sure what went wrong with the production of that particular model.

Attention development team

I really like these shoes....but every time I receive an email from Keds with a title something like "Just for you!" I think.....no, it's not just for me.  I can like these shoes all I want, but I know that nothing other than plain Keds is all there will ever be for me because my size of 12, occasionally 13, will never come in anything else other than plain.  Please consider expanding your size range.
