It was very easy to assemble and I had no problems at all. I assembled it by myself in about an hour. The flame is cozy and amount of heat released is just right. I am very happy with this product.

worth every penny

I love love love this electric fireplace. It was so easy to out together. The instructions are straight to the point and simple. No tools needed. I am beyond satisfied! I will be purchasing another one. This one went in my livingroom! I need a smaller one for my bedroom. But i would highly recommend this product. Definitely worth the money.

Love Love Love!

Love it. HOWEVER. I ordered it in white marble and the “ marble” is all black.  It was sent in two shipments a week apart and I'm just not willing to send it back.  It's still beautiful. Flame is very pretty.  I would recommend this product but maybe the shippers/packers could be more aware.....

As you can see the corners of the mantle are slightly damaged. Had to super glue a broken off attachment. The ambers are too bright though still very nice realistic flames, though I can do someThing about that. Took the glass off because there is too much reflection. 
Overall…probably somewhat too expensive but I bought it for the real flame look

I'm ok with it.

The fireplace looks nice and really warms up our living room. The only reason Iâm not giving 5 stars is because there were some cosmetic flaws (chipped paint and a small piece of paneling broken and coming ungluedâsee photos). Overall, though, it is a nice piece.
