I purchased this food processor about a month ago and am delighted with it.  The kitchenaid food processor was recommended to me because of it's dicing kit.  It works great.  I was making loaded potato soup to can in pint jars and had 10 pounds of potatoes to dice for this soup.  What would have taken a long time to do was done in minutes.  This food processor also gives you the capability of adjusting the thickness of your slices.  This food processor is a quality made product and well worth the price.

I love this device BUT it needs to come with instructions. I damaged my bowl on first use due to improperly using the shredding blade. There are two pieces that need to be in place to use attachments, but there is no indication of what the round piece is for. The pictures included show the stacking order of blades, and that made sense, but I had no idea what the extra round piece was in the caddy. The locking system is superb and the power of the machine is exceptional. I also like that the accessories store in the bowl. Just need more information included on set up and use.

Many features!

This Kitchen Aid food processor exceeded my expectations.  I use a lot of vegetables when I cook, making a lot of one pot meals and this food processor makes preparation a snap. No more endless dicing and chopping of vegetables. I highly recommend it.

The processor, discs, dicing attachment etc. are all great but what I love most is how easy it is to clean. Just need to flush it under the faucet. Doesn't take long at all.

I am a really slow helper for my wife during food prep so I thought this would be great, especially because we do a lot of veggies for the kids. We have had this for only a few weeks, but it has been a time saver for us.

Piece of junk, broke after the 2nd use. I was shredding sweet potatoes, the container started to move around and the metal that connects to the the bottom of the container completely fell apart. Don't recommend

Cheap junk, broke down after the 2nd use

My previous kitchen aid food processor has much simpler assembly than this one and still working perfectly after many years. I just needed to replace a part which is no longer available so I bought this one in March 2025 and in such short time the work bowl is broken.

Work bowl is made of cheap material.

This is the most dangerous kitchen appliance I've ever used. The poorly designed latch pops off when grating cheese because the cheese can get stuck and vibrate the machine so violently that components fly out. I want my money back!
