It does a great job. With little or no clean up and because I have movement issues this is great.  I highly recommend this hand mixer to anyone wanting something that is lite and easy to use.

The different speeds allow me to control my recipes really well and the highest speed setting isn't super loud! Compared to my old hand mixer, this KitchenAid one is great and I expect it to last for a long time!

Durable and easy to clean!

I do love the kitchen aid, however i'm not sure how it holds up against todays kitchen appliances but when my vintage sunbeam hand mixer died after 37 years of use, i bought this. 

The speed leaves much to be desired compared to that, but it absolutely gets the job done! The first one i purchased (through amazon)  had a problem where it emitted a high pitched squealing noise. If it sounds like that- return it. I purchased through Walmart and while its still noisier than what im used to - its as its supposed to be. Very happy about that.

For 60$ i feel i am paying more for the color and brand name than i am getting the value of appliance. However i love how lightweight it is!!! Definitely a bonus. Very easy for my kids to use as well. I do like how the cord can adjust positions from locked to swivel. 

As for quality- only time will tell, ill come back in 40 years and let you know.

That's not Walmart's fault though. I'm a little worried about how long it will last. I'm sure it was too high because of tariffs. If I had to do over again, I would buy the next model up.

It's powerful enough for most tasks, from whipping cream to mixing cookie dough. The five speeds give good control, and it's comfortable to hold. The beaters are easy to attach and clean, and it's relatively quiet. I also love that it's compact and lightweight. I just wish it had a bit more power for tougher mixes and that the beaters were longer. Overall, a great mixer that I'd definitely recommend.

Gets the job done

I bought this to replace a Hamilton Beach mixer that I had for at least 15 years.  I don't use it very often. I replaced it again with a Hamilton beach.  The only thing I like about it is the color (Red) my HB mixer is more powerful on low then the KA I thought kitchen Aid was a high end product, It's not it's a high priced piece of junk

Talk about disappointment!  I was willing to pay the extra price to get a quality hand mixer.  The beaters were very thin and flimsy, and the highest speed could not blend peanut butter and softened cream cheese.  I had to mix my peanut butter pie filling by hand!  I washed it really well,  returned it,  and got a Beautiful  hand mixer, which was much cheaper and works like a mixer should.

Ive had this kitchen aid hand mixer for around 2 years. And while baking the blaids of the mixer decided to brake and twist all together.
