Klipsch RP-500 II

klipsch.com

Sound good for small room sound better with a tube amp and phono

The Sound Stage

I just got my RP-500MII speakers 4 days ago and I think they look great. Haven't listened to them yet. Just ordered a Fosi ZA3 amp and I have a Dayton Audio Classic CS1000 10in sub to pair up. These are the first bookshelf speakers I have ever bought and the first Klipsch speakers since 1989 in the Army in Germany my very first pair of speakers were the Klipsch Tangent 50 speakers. I think that was the name. Then went to the Cerwin Vega V15s which I had for years. Been jamming 2 Partybox 100 speakers for the last 3 years but it's nice to be back home. I will update when I get everything hooked up.

Very Nice! 🤘

Incredibly clear and crisp sound. They paired perfectly with my vintage Marantz 2220b receiver.

Beautiful sound

unbeatable for the money
can compete with speakers 10x as expensive
use it with a tube amp!
highly recommended
does need a sub for full bass

best kept secret in the audio world

Replaced two of my smaller Klipsch satellite speakers. I was missing the mid tones. No longer. These speakers sound so good. Especially considering the price

Better than expected

I rediscovered my vinyl and CD collection with these speakers, incredible sound, they are not tiring at all, on the contrary, a warm and extremely precise sound, I am more than delighted with them!

Just great !

Great addition to the small system used in my office. They are used in concert with a 10 inch Klipsch sub and could quite easily overwhelm the room if I really wanted to cut them loose!!

Great addition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love these bookshelf speaks! The sound is so crisp and clear, and they really pack a punch. They're perfect for listening to all types of music, especially with bass. They're ideal for an office, living room, or study.

Incredible speakers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not as powerful as I hoped. Won't work good with my reliever. Might be sufficient for mellow music but for me the hard rock and metal music falls flat. Voices and guitars sound muffled or washed out.

Thet look great and have subsection weight. I'm returning but may be sufficient for you.
