I absolutely love these Knorr One Skillet Meals. The Southwestern Chicken flavor is delicious—just the right amount of chipotle kick without being too spicy. The best part is how easy the cleanup is since it's all done in one pan. I followed the instructions, added fresh bell peppers and chicken, and had a wholesome dinner on the table in under 30 minutes. Definitely stocking up on these for busy work nights

I love to keep Knnor products in my pantry as already quick and simple options for dinner sometimes us busy moms. We forget to prep dinner in advance, and this is definitely a go to easy quick effective and very delicious. I personally tried this because I am always looking for  healthy options. (My kids and husband on the other hand are very picky eaters.) so I definitely almost finished this entire package by myself because of how delicious healthy and sustainable it is. these are very non-inexpensive so definitely something that you should keep in your pantry. I do recommend it because the rice does not disintegrate on its own when cooking.

Love how quick these are to cook and the freshness of these. Best for a quick lunch but a health good tasting diet meal. Need to buy more. Very flavorful

Quick and easy

This was a great surprise, I usually have time cook, but when in a hurry this is perfect. So fast to make and taste really good, perfect for one person are the entire family.

I typically avoid quinoa because of the time it takes to rinse it off to make sure it's not grainy. The Knorr packet made it very easy by just pouring the package into the meal!

The meal is packed with flavor and has very few and simple to follow directions which helps when you're a busy person trying to worry about dinner for the family after a long day. It would be nice if more of the ingredients were already in the bag ready to go but one shouldn't be too greedy. I thoroughly enjoyed the food, it's taste really hooked me in and how much was left over was a big plus. it really is a delicious plus it's good for you!!! Full of Flavor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a huge fan of one pot meals. I work long hours and with a little one at home, I need to be able to cook something quickly that isn't junk. I loved that I had ingredients on hand to add to this Knorr's One Skillet Meal. It cooked quickly, the instructions were easy to follow, and best of all, everyone liked it, including my 5 year old.
Pros: quick, easy, customizable (we threw in onions as well for some added flavor), didn't need any added seasonings.
Cons: It didn't need as much water as it called for. We ended up letting it sit on the stove top for a little bit longer to help it absorb all the added liquid. I was also hoping there would be enough for some leftovers and there weren't. It was just enough for me, my boyfriend, and our son.
All in all, I would definitely buy this to make at home for my family.

One Skillet Goodness

I made this and it tasted pretty delicious and was super easy. However it was pretty spicy, may add sour cream if I make it again. I don't like bell peppers so I skipped those, added the corn as directed along with a cup of black beans and an avocado.  Came out great!

Good but needs more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always keep staples in my freezer and pantry like chicken and corn that this called for, so all I had to get was the bell peppers. This was easy to make and pretty good. I'd like to try another variety in this line and I'll probably purchase this one and have it again. Not too spicy and I added grated cheese and avocado slices to mine!

Quick and simple meal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I decided to try knorr's southwest chicken and brown rice and quinoa, me personally I did not like it. My husband seemed to enjoy it. I found the dish flavorless and had the doctor it up a lot for me to enjoy it. The good thing I can say it is was simple and quick to make, so if you are pressed for time and weeknights it's perfect. My husbands on a fitness kick so he actually loved that it had brown rice and quinoa, its not high in calories and has good grain and a lot  of protein. Perfect for food prep for the week. So my overall thought is good to have in the house for a quick fix but not something I would request for dinner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With a title like "Southwestern Chicken Brown Rice & Quinoa...seasoned with smoked chipotle & lime flavor" I thought this meal starter would provide a power packed flavoring. Unfortunately, after sharing the meal with a college-age sibling, and a husband, we all agreed that it was quite bland.  The instructions on the back of the package were helpful, as far as amount of time to cook each ingredient.  As a result, the texture of quinoa and rice was very good, cooked thoroughly, and not too soggy. Since most of the ingredients required separate purchase and prep, this product was not worth the effort.  I could have added the quinoa and rice from my own pantry, and most certainly a better combination of spices for a more potent flavor.  Over all, the packaging and instructions were attractive and helpful, but the product itself was lackluster.

Wanted to like it
